Horrible experience. Company told me my belongings would be delivered on a certain date. Once my belongings were loaded I was informed that the delivery date would be weeks later. 90% of my items were delivered with wearing and torn. Other items were broken upon delivery. Then the company peppers you with surveys to complete via text, email, and phone but if you indicate a concern they pass you off to the claims department which they then challenge your submission.

What an awesome company, they truly go above and beyond for their customers!!!! It's too bad more companies didn't respond to negative feedback like your company does.Thank you to Darwin and his team of professionals

Very rude and very unprofessional service. Initially, my delivery of the appliances purchased from Costco was scheduled on a certain date. A week before the scheduled date, one of their agents called me saying they did not have enough resources and wondered if I could reschedule the delivery. Then I decided to give them some convenience so I told them I could take the delivery anytime from Tuesday to Thursday a week after. Then the agent decided to deliver them on Thursday. In the morning of Thursday, I made phone call to them to see when they would come. Then the same woman spoke to me in a rude tone that it was scheduled for the next Monday and sounded like it was my fault. I believe she changed the date by herself without telling me because I knew for sure I had no time on that day. What could happen if I did not call them to confirm? Later on she said she could reschedule the delivery on Friday. I told her that I would only be available in the morning and proposed a new date. The woman said she could do her best" to let them deliver it in the morning. Okay fine

I was waiting for 2 months to have a TV delivered, only to receive it damaged, and they blamed it on customs.

April is amazing to deal with... So friendly and willing to help. She rocks!!!

Good company, good reps. Use them daily. They take your comments seriously and work with you and your company as best as they can.

Very good service. Best thing is that their hours are flexible. Mostly 24 hours. They unload fast.

Great freight company friendly service always

They underpay their staff as well as overwork them. Terrible work environment, do not get a job here, they do not treat you like a human being. They don’t even pay you your full amount of hours, place is a joke.
