We have used Innov8 for many years. We are very happy with the customer service. If ever we need assistance, they respond very quickly. Recently our machine stopped working. We already had a replacement machine on order. Knowing that we were in a bind, the staff at Innov8 were able to expedite installing our new machine and getting us up and running a day later. It was awesome! We highly recommend this company.

We have been clients with Innov8 for a number of years (including the former Unity days). They have gone above and beyond for us in not only Service but in Sales. We have had other quotes for sales and service, but nothing beats the connection we have with them. Friendly, fast and professional, we count on them to keep our digital and print needs looked after. We cannot recommend them enough!

Innov8's IT managed services division helped us migrate to Office 365. The integration was seamless and our staff couldn't be happier being able to access their email and files from the desktop app, mobile or web. They provided us with backup services so our email and data are backed up daily to the cloud. The project was managed flawlessly and we would recommend them to anyone looking to migrate to their email and data to the cloud.

I ONLY deal IDS. I have been approached by other similar-type of service providers and have sent them packing. IDS service provision is second to none. So much so, that any enticement from other service providers is easily ignored.

Updated: I am changing my rating for now because Innov8 contacted me and sent a rep over. They told me that they have other leasing agents than Meridian OneCap and looked into making the unit a bit more functional for our office. I all honesty, I probably would have given them a five if it had not been for all the issues that I had with Meridian OneCap who deserve a big ol' zero but it is hard to separate the two. I would just say that if you do decide to get printers from them, the service is pretty worthwhile as the units are good and they deal with any issues (which are rare) quickly. Just be insistent that your contract is with a different leasing agent than Meridian OneCap.The actual service is okay. They are pretty quick to respond to issues and the machines are alright although I would like some more functionality. The problem is the billing for the lease of the equipment which is done by a company called Meridian OneCap. They are basically like dealing with collection agency and treat customers as though they are delinquents. As an adult professional I have found dealing with them to be intolerable. We were charged interest and late fees on payments which were not actually late. I had to make several calls to get these refunded. I actually had to defend the fact that a payment received a week before the due date was not in fact late. Innov8 tried to work with me but the fact that they continue to work with a company with such reprehensible practices means that we will not renew our contract with them and as well feel the need to warn anyone who is considering using them to be forewarned.
