Wellington Cakes

Would highly highly recommend a wedding cake from Wellington Cakes. It was delicious and beautiful. The meeting to sample flavours and explain our vision was such fun and having each tier with different amazing flavours was such a treat.

Anne made our wedding cake and cupcakes, and they turned out amazing! Exactly what we wanted. Our guests were raving about how good both were, and the cake was so moist and delicious. The whole process was so easy and there were many flavours to chose from. Highly recommend Wellington Cakes!!

Anne and her team are phenomenal!! We had Wellington Cakes do our wedding cake, cupcakes and guest favours for our wedding and they were a huge hit! Everyone was raving about how tasty and adorable our macaron favours were and the cupcakes were delicious! We got a small one tier cake as our wedding cake and it looked exactly like our inspo pictures! Anne is so friendly, polite and patient, we had a wonderful experience going into the bakery for our tasting and trying all the flavours! They can also deliver and set up your items, which gave us so much peace of mind on our big day! Could not say enough about our experience with Anne and Wellington Cakes! We will definitely be ordering from them for every event here on out!

I ordered some custom cupcakes from Wellington Cakes for my wife's 40th birthday celebration, and the results were amazing. The design they made is exactly what I was looking for and the taste was incredible. Everyone loved them! These were the best cupcakes or cake in general which I have bought from Guelph or the surrounding area. The are great to deal with, the quality is amazing and you can see form the picture how fantastic they are at their job. Thank you so much for helping make a special day perfect!

Anne was so easy to work with and the cake and macarons we had at the wedding were delicious! We went with a quilted design found on Pinterest and Anne did the design better than the inspiration photo! Everything was great and delivery and coordination was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend her!

We have been long time enjoyers of Wellington Cakes cupcakes and when it was time to pick our wedding cake/desserts we tasted cupcakes from various surrounding places and Wellington Cakes won with our families help voting. Working with Anne to make decisions on amounts, flavours, and design was great. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result and disappointed we had no left overs since everyone loved the cupcakes so much! Highly recommend Wellington Cakes for any of your holiday dessert needs (or even a random week day/weekend pick me up!)

We used Wellington Cakes for our wedding cake and dessert table and were so impressed with how everything turned out! Anne was amazing to work with. She was accommodating and took the time to sit down with us prior to booking for us to try some samples and get an idea of what we were looking for. Everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious! Highly recommend getting the butter tarts as well :)

Mixed feelings about our wedding cake. It was beautifully designed, the ganache and fruit layers were perfect but the cake itself was incredibly dry. It literally crumbled when you cut into it.Another thing to note, they are not flexible with requesting customizations. When we originally came in for our tasting we figured that since it's a bakery they can produce a dark chocolate cake. Turns out you only have the option of picking from their bases, the closest being their regular chocolate cake mix. I found it odd that they couldn't accommodate this request since it didnt vary too much from their own base.
