Just wanted to say thanks to Jenny Park of PC275.She had a portfolio of information as CMA, showing check lists and so many reports that told me how the business works, what everything means and the best strategies to use.You could tell she and her partner had compiled this trove of information with years of experience in a competitive real estate industry.Also, She was very patient and kind to us. I have only excellent things to say about PC275. Apart from their excellent fees, they give a way above average service. I am saying that after having clocked about 50 real estate transactions over the years.Caley and Andrew were always available. They were very thorough in explaining all legal aspects of the deal. Most importantly for me, their approach to evaluating the market was based on a detailed overview of the market. I could clearly see what was happening and I could adjust my expectations about the prices that market was suggesting. Their help with staging was very important to us and the prices were very reasonable.I liked their website very much as well. Altogether they offered us a smooth sailing with excellent results and an extremely professional service all along.

Our agent was Georgina Turchet. As first time home buyers we were nervous about the process but Georgina supported us from the very first day to when our final offer was accepted. She was very knowledgeable of the current market trends and was very helpful and straight forward with us regarding the purchase of our first home. She even helped us find our mortgage broker! PC275 Justin Black is absolutely an awesome real estate agent. My house was sold in about a week at the price which I am very happy with.In the whole process of selling, Justin responded to every message and email very quickly.
