Came in on Saturday April 22 9:30pm not once has your employees took my order for 7 minutes as I just stood their as they laughed in the corner ordered a Apple fritter, an caramel ice cap. The fritter was stale, asked for a new doughnut they said they can’t thought what I had was a caramel ice cap but was a regular ice cap very disappointing, and a dirty work place. I work in the fast food industry and I can handle multiple orders in a short period they place is unreal never coming back. Best have a chat with your employees

Drive-Thru was efficient and the iced capp tastes the same as ever. I haven't been to a Timmies in a while now ever since I moved, so it was nice.

Tried the new bbq crispy chicken wrap.It is drowning in BBQ sauce and became way too salty.Not a good wrap.

Everytime I go to this location there is always something missing/wrong with my order. They really need to fix there cappuccino machine. French Vanilla is always watery. You ask them for espresso in your coffee and they’ll usually forget about it but they won’t forget to charge you for it. Sometimes they’ll just add regular coffee instead of espresso lol. Worst location. I think the management just doesn’t schedule enough staff depending on how busy this location is. Really disappointing :(

The staff here are wonderful, as is the service. Service is usually quick and staff are polite. I'm a timmies man (no offence Starbucks lol). The reason for my 3 star review you ask...? Well the homeless people around and in the store. The open drug use in the bathrooms, and the selling of said drugs out front of the store. I have zero patience for these people. If this wasn't an issue this would be a five star review.

All the tables were dirty and no where i felt like sitting hygenically.There were fruit flies in the displays and despite of pointing out to the person who took my order (2 diff ppl so 2 times) they didn't take any action although she said she'll through them out but she didn't even look at which one i was pointing to among all the different one in different shelves!They were also out of some items, likely consistently, which i wanted.I wouldn't recommend this place.NOT the Tim Horton standard!

I just went thru the drive thru to get bagel and there’s a leftover piece of lettuce in my bagel, which is absolutely disgusting. I stopped coming to Tim Hortons all together not that long ago, and the one time I go back this is what happens. This location is rushed they never can make the food right. I should be reporting this location to the health board for cross contamination… ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Very rude / unprofessional managerI usually go to this location for Tim Horton’s gift cards for my staff as it’s the closest location to my business.One of my staff reached out and said that his Tim Horton’s gift card that I had recently given him was not working. We checked the balance on the card and it said zero funds were available so I took the card to the same location I purchased it from with the receipt at like 830 am and came across a very rude, unprofessional young manager who could barely speak English. She would not disclose her name, and basically said theirs nothing she can do for me and walked away.As a small business owner and being in the service industry my employees and I treat every customer who walks into my business with respect and basic human decency. My advice to this location owner is to find decent people and train them appropriately. She should have been able to communicate the proper steps to mitigate this situation instead she was rude and dismissive. It doesn’t cost to be nice.I will dispute this, I will win and will post a follow up here just to show how wrong this individual was. Reading all these comments blows my mind but again I am not surprised as I experienced it today myself and for the record it was only a $20 dollar gift card. All I wanted this manager to say was that she couldn’t help as it’s not in her power but she could connect me with someone may have more insight. Problem solved, I wasn’t there to fight.

I go through drive through 1-2 times a week in the morning before work. Everytime I get to the window they’re shoving my food out the window and not giving any second for me to grab stuff before they shove something else back into my face. Slow down. No one should feel like they are rushed to leave. Not welcoming at all. Will not be going back after today. Amongst also receiving the wrong orders all the time. Do better.
