Good job but they charged a extra 10$ cause it took a little more time with a 6mth puppy. So not very happy about the extra charge

We were looking to change our dogs food and the staff was super informative about dog food and the ateps we needed to take for a gradual change.We just bought our dog a wonderful winter coat today. A little bit pricey, but the quality is exceptional. They had a very large choice of winter coats, scarves, and boots.They also had a special today, and if you came into the store with your pet you got to have free nail clipping. The nail clipping was quick and very professional.

Dishonest people with dishonest prices and hidden fees. They had the audacity to charge me 5$ because my dog was agitated and gave them a hard time (apparently, they had a price list depending on the dog's behavior which is absurd and never heard of?)Out of the full trim service that I asked for, my dog only got a shower and nail clipped, and they over charged regular trim price and the 5$ me because she was agitated LOL!Upon confrontation the day after, she could not provide the dog behavior price list. Never bringing my dog and not referring my dog friends either.
