no matter how nice I am, you still treat me poorly. I understand that you’re having a problems, but that doesn’t mean you get to treat someone so harshly. Every call I’ve made the responder’s showed horrible customer experience, and was extremely rude

Slowest taxi company in the world, just moved from downtown Victoria to Colwood Victoria cab came within 5-10 minutes so far I've been waiting 40 minutes.

Terrible. Left before I knew it wasn't coming. Did not know where major local location was. How does a 'local' taxi company not know where Juan de Fuca recreation centre is?? I suggest you get to know your community.
