dots has some really well priced items, however, they also have a lot of items that you may not want to buy. Definitely worth checking out, but make sure to try it on if possible - because sometimes they are odd fitting

Good for women wear and my wife usually finds something. As for the guys section, it's a bit lack luster and not a whole lot of selection besides a 20 ft rack of clothes in the corner of the store. If your lucky enough to find something you like, it's decent pricing for what you get.

My daughter and I visited the store yesterday in the hopes of finding a dress for an upcoming graduation tea. The owner was so rude to us. My daughter wanted to try on some dresses and it was the most unwelcoming experience we have ever had in a store. The tone of the owner's voice and body language were awful. There were 3 staff and we were the only 2 shoppers. This is the first bad review I have ever written. I totally get that we all can have a bad day but this was just totally nasty and it was directed at us which I don't appreciate. So rude.

Message directed to Dots. Today when I arrived at the store at 4:30, instead of being kindly greeted by one of the workers, she told me the store would be closing in 20 minutes and I could only bring 6 items in the fitting room but then she proceeded to tell me the fitting room would be closing right now. The website store hours said the store would be closing at 5:30 which didn't make sense when I was told it would close at 4:50. I was also not aware the fitting room hours differ from the store closing hours. Please update the fitting room hours as they are different from the store hours. I at least hope the worker had a better day then me. #JK

So many neat clothes can be found here at very decent prices. Clothes are in new condition but can look a little wrinkled and messy. The sizing is also very randomly placed so time is needed to rifle through all the racks!

Great selection and quality of clothing. I just got back and can say my staff experience was less than desirable. I walked in an hour before closing(and left 15 min before closing), the only time staff talked to me was to tell me (3 times) they closed at 6 and proceeded to stand around the counter gossiping. No ‘how are you’, ‘can I help you’ or smiling. After rushing through the change room one of the workers told me to put the clothes I wasn’t purchasing on a rack in the back, again no smiling, no please or thank yous. I’m not above putting my stuff away, but the only time they acknowledged my existence was to tell me what to do or to tell me to hurry up. Will not be back.

As soon as I walked in with my booster juice, the young lady working here looked at me and said no drinks allowed"....lol and how are you was what I was thinking. So I stepped outside and finished it. Then I walked back in to throw the empty container away as there was no garbage outside

Great products, not so great staff, & manager. The manager, short with redish blonde hair, lies and covers up for her scamming staff, maybe she is in on it?? I was making a big purchase. A $9.00 Dex dress was amongst them. The Young 20is worker, with long dark hair, & an accent, served me at the till. While another older worker chatted me up while folding my purchases. The one at till, took off my sale price tag, & entered a price into till. I didn't think anything of it (I thought I could trust the worker), till I got home, I live outside of Saskatoon. She charged me $29.99 instead of $9.00 for the dress. I had to come back the next day to deal with this over price scam. The Manager covered for her worker and lied straight to my face. Saying that the dress was new stock & the worker was just doing her job, because Customers change price tags. Even though the exact same dress but size xl was on for $9.00. The manager would not sell the dress to me for $9.00. But did refund me my money back. I left dissapointed, with no dress, & no trust for the Staff or Manager. So if its a really good deal, take a picture of your tag before till, and watch the one with long dark hair with an accent, cause she rips her customers off. Sucks when you can not trust the Staff or the Manager. I used to love Dots clothing store. Not anymore. :( If this has happened to you, please email head office and tell them your experience. As we should be able to trust the places we shop at.

I found it confusing to shop here because all the sizes seemed to be mixed together. Frustrating to go thru every size and find its not even in your size
