Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in with an issue and they offered me multiple solutions and worked with me to get me the parts I needed to repair my dryer at a very competitive price to online options. If you are in a jam, give them a call or a visit!

I phoned and talked to Chris about having someone come and look at the dishwasher as it quit, Chris suggested that I buy a voltage tester and check to make sure there was power to the touch panel. I checked and no power so I checked the box underneath the dishwasher and one wire was loose so I tightened it and all good. Just want to say thanks for the free advice, that saved me $$$$$$ that they could have made.

Chris at Matus went over and above with customer service today . Our fridge called it quits at our Airbnb today and it was back to back bookings . We are away at the moment , so I had Chris on the phone and between us and the website I picked out a fridge and even though his deliveries were booked up for the day he managed to accommodate us and went to our home , took old fridge out and replaced it with the new one ! We are ever so grateful for the top notch service we received today all within a three hour window ! It certainly pays to shop local ! Thanks again Chris

We had to shop for a washing machine on Christmas Eve:( Matus went above and beyond for us. They helped us try to fix our old machine at no cost. Helped my husband troubleshoot everything to try to avoid getting a new one. As suspected we needed a part that is now obsolete as our machine is too old. Without their advice and help we would have had to wait a long time for nothing. We truly appreciate it:) Would highly recommend them for service and/or purchase. Nice to speak to a person with knowledge from a family run business:) Never felt so happy to be able to finally do laundry!

Purchased a new gas cooktop - the first one came damaged inside the box (no damage to box) - our installer noticed it while trying to install it. Matus got us a new one on order without issue, and even offered to deliver it! I'm so thankful for quality, local, family companies in town! Highly recommend.

Stopped in today for some insight on a broken dishwasher faucet coupler today and the staff was exceptionally helpful. I live in an area Matus doesn't even service but Chris took time to help me with a problem on my convection micro wave oven. He was more interested in helping than just making a quick buck. Great example of stellar customer service. Thanks!!
