Don't mistake my 5 star rating for me enjoying being charged about $125 for a 15 min visit, because nobody wants to pay that much money just to discover that their appliance can't really be fixed.Instead, the 5 stars are because the service was quick, timely and professional. The repairman who arrived was pleasant, open to discussion, and went above and beyond by discussing options and finding out costs for a replacement motor (even though we likely won't go that route as our model is 15 years old.)Look, at the end of the day, a service costs money and the man who arrived was a Skilled labourer. These things cost money. Thankfully they seemed sincere, honest, and I have no doubt he would have fixed the machine if he could have done so right there and then. Hard to argue with that.

Negative (-5) Star...I called to book a service for my natural gas dryer...no show; I called the second time... No Show again! I called the third time, and finally, someone showed up only to tell me that they don't service natural gas dryers and that no one in his company does. I called all three times, and each time, I mentioned that it was a natural gas dryer. This place was recommended to me, so I was patient. That's why I made the third call. They charged me $100 just for showing up. They should have told me they don't service gas dryers from my calls. What a Scam!

Janet was the technician that came to my home, he was knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. My issue was fixed in a professional and quick manner. Will definitely use them for any future appliance issues.My apologies the technicians,s nane was not Janet, totally my error.

The guy shows up, drops a few f-bombs during our 2 minute convo while he takes a pic of the Whirlpool washing machine, says the part is in stock and shows up a week later(!) with the wrong part. I was confused by the supplier's website". We took time off work to be around for the service call

I called to book a service appointment for my washing machine & left a msg over the weekend that I was traveling to the USA but would be back Friday & hoped it could be repaired then. In the msg I notified them it was a Samsung washer & they returned my call asking for the model #. I followed up now back in Canada with the model # just to be told they don’t repair Samsung.

We were going to replace our washer and opted to try repair first. Fast Eddie came highly recommended by my colleague and am I ever glad I called them! The repair was a fraction of the cost of replacement and I am embarrassed to admit how long we dealt with a barely functioning washer when the repair was 20 minutes and very reasonable. The technician, Bernie, was on time, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and the repair to me. Highly recommend!
