I have been going to this salon for over 10years. Jenny and her team are amazing. They listen and to what you want and deliver with amazing hair every time. When Jenny cuts my hair and it grows out it still looks like I just got my hair done. I have gone from blonde, to brown, to short hair and extensions and have never been let down. I would highly recommend this salon they now are family and always want to make sure you leave feeling beautiful.

Very nice place! Mitch did a great job on my hair. He dyed it a beautiful blue black for me and gave my hair a trim. I've been growing out my hair for almost 2 years, and he was the first hair stylist I've ever been to that didn't cut all my length off!! When I asked him to keep as much length as possible, he did just that. My hair is stunning and feels very healthy... but most importantly, didn't get cut too short!

Jenny is so professional and so kind. She really knows her craft. I had a meeting after my appointment--everyone couldn't stop telling me how much they loved my hair.

Jenny was so welcoming and is a talented stylist. The salon is lovely, with friendly staff, who were so accommodating. It was my first up-do in years and Jenny made it look easy and effortless so I could take on my evening with confidence. Great cut, too!

This was objectively the best experience Ive had with a salon. Especially being a first timer at this location. Jenny was my stylist and she went above and far beyond what was expected of her. She did EXACTLY what I was looking for in a cut and colour. The atrocity atop my head was not an easy feat. I had an extreme colour correction and she even stayed after hours to make sure I left with something that both her and I would be happy with. The result was far better than expected. She was able to get me to my desired look in only one sitting. Beyond Jenny being a colour wizard, the atmosphere was very welcoming as were the rest of the staff. After my first visit, I realized I found my new stylist for the long and forseeable future. 10/10 will recommend.

I highly recommend!! I found this establishment to be the 5 star quality professional business as shown and reviewed online. The qualified lady that addressed my hair needs I found to be communicative, connective, as well as experienced. I believe that a hair cut not only make you look great but a element that elevates opportunity. Overall, the experience I had at this establishment has made me feel elevated and prepared for future opportunities!Second Impressions: I called to book an appointment to dye my hair and get my hair cut, they scheduled me. When I went in it was very calming and excited I got my hair needs addressed by Chantel and I found she was highly professional and did a fantastic job! I recommend this place for anyone that gets their hair done. She got the shade of colour in my hair that I really wanted! Here is before and after photos!

Best place in London, downtown to have your hair cut or anything to do with hair. A style and cut by Jenny is a wonderful experience, Jenny is awesome. As a professional I care to look my best and Jenny makes it happen.

Went in for a wash & style with Anita. She did a great job cleaning out my nasty hair and styling it into pretty curls. Am going back to her for a haircut and colour soon.

The best salon in the city of London Ontario, and for so many reasons. As a client for the last 8 years, I cannot even imagine going anywhere else. I love it every time I come in, and have complete trust in Jenny to advise and deliver on the look that suits me best, and I am complimented all the time about my hair, and frequently asked who my stylist is. Jenny is a magician. The entire experience feels like you are hanging with friends, and I always leave having had great laughs.The stylists there have worked loyally together for as long as I have been a client, and years prior to that.
