The cashier yesterday evening the 16th of Dec 2022 was very good and extremely helpful The issue was getting in the store while waiting for a family with a stroller to exit the store a young lady with red hair stormed passed me bumping me. No apologies nothing she was late for work I guess. Is this how you treat your customers. I told her she was very Rude. No response.

Extremely horrible customer service, I was there last week. There was a customer who wanted to return an item the manager was yelling at the customer. The crew here at this location are disrespectful, they don't even say hi or even ask if you need any help. There we're just standing behind the counter and gossiping.

The staff is not friendly and they don't like children touching anything. They really mistreated me and didn't show me respect

My wife ordered some shirts online, when she went to pick them up more than 8 hours later, she was told they were out of stock. They were in stock when she placed the order.The real problem with this visit was the arrogance of the manager on duty. She rudely walked away from the conversation like a child who can't handle a situation, which they created.Isn't the manager supposed to make things better? Instead of worse?

The staff is extremely disrespectful and insulting for no reason. One of the staff members was busy organising one of the isles and we politely asked if she's done. She snapped at us and said, can't you read ? The sign is right there.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE shopping experience!

The worst place bad customer service I never seeing like that people they say you can return put they say no return just one week after we don't even use its small Dress to my daughter they lieing I'm from USA and I never seeing like this service I'm sorry don't Angry for money like that

Amanda the store manager was amazing. She was great help. I couldnt have done it without her. I have 2 toddler girls.

Went to return two items today. The cashier said it’s three days outside of the return policy but I’ll do it. I thought oh that’s great customer service. Another staff was there and said she couldn’t take one of the items back because it was a Valentine’s Day shirt and Valentine’s Day had passed. Okay understandable. No where on the bill does it anything about seasonal items. The shirt was 5.99 not a big deal for me. However for a company not giving me that 5.99 back because of something so silly will mean I will never spend a dollar in that store ever again. The lady was clearly looking for a reason to say no to me instead of looking for a reason to say yes. Being a children’s store, I just delivered a baby, things don’t fit and we can’t always be within the return policy timelines.

ZERO customer service visited July 05, the black girl barely even wanted to assist me... THESE ppl must find other jobs because retail is not the place with zero personality... Not even a hello from the white cashier ..Its like all their problems they have on the job....CHILDRENS PLACE YOU CAN DO BETTER FOR SQUARE ONE LOCATION....
