The help you receive here is invaluable, Drew is a fountain of knowledge and wisdom. Can’t say enough good about service obtained, even a year later.

Sadly I cannot give Drew a good review at all based on after sales service. I recently purchased a new CPAP machine. Drew was great during the initial set-up but failed miserably afterward. I was having issues with the machine and called and left a message for Drew to call me back. Weeks went by and so I called again, described the issue to Heather, who took the information and said Drew was with a customer but she would have him call me back. Given that the proper functioning of the machine is critical to my health, I was hoping Drew would treat it as such. Unfortunately Drew never bothered to call me back and I am stuck with this machine and no way to resolve my issue. Based on Drew's lack of caring to my issue, I would tell anyone to avoid dealing with Medigas at all costs. They just don't care about you after they take your money!

Drew was great! He really took his time explaining not only the features of my new machine but the rationale behind the functions. My appointment was bang on time, was not rushed in the least and as a seasoned CPAP user, I came away with a much greater knowledge and understanding of my machine. Thanks, Drew, I will absolutely recommend you to others!

Great sales interaction with Drew. Was in and out with a new CPAP within 20mins. Good CPAP management advice too.

Went in today to pickup a new CPAP machine, my overall experience was good, Drew was kind to me and explained everything to me well which i appreciated, service was good there from the two workers, if i had only one complaint, it would be that the store is so tiny, especially for a real fat guy like me lol

Heather answered my emails and booked an appointment for me to see Drew to receive my replacement CPAP machine.Drew took the time to review how everything worked with me and he processed all of the paperwork as well as getting me on the 'my air' app. so that I can monitor my progress.I highly recommend availing yourself of their extra support. It was well worth my time.
