I was sent here twice by my insurance after my accidents. For my first car accident, they made my experience pretty pleasurable to say the least! And they did not fail to impress the second time around when I was the victim of a hit and run. Impeccable and courteous staff, so honest and willing to accommodate you in any way possible. I really appreciate Carol, Tina and another woman (blonde with curly hair if you're reading this) for their patience and professionalism, as well as the owner Sylvain's honesty. They really make you feel at ease dealing with such a stressful situation. And to top it off, my car looked better than the first time I bought it when they were done fixing it! I will continue to visit this garage for future car maintenance and repairs. Keep up the good work guys.

Amazing service. Brought my car here a while ago but didnt have time to write a review (Suzuki XL7 with cosmetic fire damage).They repaired it and even cleaned the inside of my car. I also purchased an oil change and it was also done well.A delight to deal with, thank you very much.

My insurance company referred me to this garage and had a horrible experience service was bad and owner sylvain was rude and arrogant. My car was there for a week due to there mistake and lack of unprofessional staff. My paint doesn't even match with the rest of my car and they damaged it the back end which wasn't not even damaged in the first place and they had to repaint without my autorization cost out of my pocket over 400 dollars. Taking this Carstar to court...stay away from this place

I've never had such great service at a garage for repairs. From the drop off to pick up everything was smooth and well explained. I will definitely do business with them again

AVOID THIS PLACE: DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, OVERPRISED - awful experience and huge waste of time (MONTHS). I went for a simple repair to replace a plastic piece. I was quoted an amount and gave a deposit. I waited HALF A YEAR. literally from JANUARY TO JUNE for this place to be ready with the piece to replace. After waiting for 6 months, they finally call let me know that they made mistake on the quote and that it would be a lot more expensive. They did not want to amend the price despite the fact I made a deposit and waited SIX MONTHS TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM. I could have shopped around and got it done somewhere else. I did find another place who did it for a much better price. If you want an honest opinions and competitive pricing - stay the hell away from this place.

Insurance sent me there. Had my car repaired fast and they did a good job. The 2 times a went there a customer was complaning about appointment mix up tho.
