BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL salon. I admit, I am very particular when it comes to my nails. I seriously could find no fault. Irene was fantastic and so pleasant. Hands down this is my new go to nail spa.

Very bad customer service. I got my pedicure done here and the lady who took care of my feet keep saying something in her own language to her coworkers but it was def abt my feet. She hold and show my feet to her coworker while she said something. She thinks it’s okay as I don’t understand their language but it’s not. I can feel it and everybody can feel it. Not everyone who works there is like this. It’s the one who is mid-aged one.

The new girl at the front desk are so nice. When I book an appointment with her, and I went there still need to wait a couple minutes, that little girl was very care about my feelings. Nice service! See you next week

Got my nails done on Sunday, Shellac. It’s Tuesday and my nail already chipped. No problem, was gonna go back to get it fixed. Store hours say open till 8pm. I arrive at 7:45pm and the place is closed. Why have opening hours mentioned online at all...I thought this was gonna be my new go to place. :(2nd picture after taking a shower. I guess don’t waste $30 on Shellac.

I loved attending this salon over the weekend. I booked (and changed) my appointment for myself and my friends over email and everything was very clean at the salon and the staff was lovely. I love my new nails and I really liked the color selection they had! I will definitely come back. Thank you!

I did my shellac last week, staff were nice and kind and salon was clean and well designed! After only one week two of my nails got reshaped and shellac came off! I had plan to go back but O wont!! As you see my nail has not even grown longer!

The first time I went there I was quite pleased. Yesterday I went there and had the worst experience ever. I made an appointment when I got there I was told they couldn't do BIO Gel for me which I already had on, only shellac. I said I'll come back later. So I came back later that day and was told to come back again. I said this is the second time you've said this to me today. I waited for 45 minutes for someone to finally get to me. Then a guy came over and did my nail. I ask for French tip and got this. He felt sorry I had been waiting so long while Winnie kept doing other clients. I'm extremely disappointed and not sure if I would go back. I felt like my business didn't matter to them.

My first experience at the salon getting a shellac manicure was excellent! The space is clean and inviting. The staff are kind and talented. Lots of colours to choose from. I will definitely be going back.

I had bio gel overlay on my hands. Made an appointment to remove this and then to get a simple manicure with natural nail polish.I told the technician, as well as when I made my appointment that my nails cannot handle the automatic nail buffer for all of the removal; it’s super important to let my nails soak off the majority of product, because I have really sensitive nail beds and tend to get the “ring of fire” easily with the automatic nail buffer. The technician soaked my nails for approximately 1 minute before filing down my nails completely on a really vigorous setting. They are now completely paper thin and are bending like paper as well. The nails are pulsating because my nerves are revealed too much. I can’t do anything my hands for fear of the nail snapping half way down my nail. I will never be returning.Also the nail polish job had streaks and cuticles weren’t clipped properly. I took off the nail polish as soon as I got home. This was the nail beneath
