Marco is absolutely amazing. His service exemplary. Fixed in less than 2 days our Delonghi coffee machine. Initially I took it to another repair company and was told it’s a complicated repair. I followed up with them after a week and my machine hadn’t even been looked at. I am a new customer to Marcos company but will always come back if I need service. Great work ethic

I took my machine to Anthony's and after 3 weeks they told me that the board was gone and could not be fixed, at a cost of$ 60., called Marco at Saci he told me to bring it in and he would do a free diagnostic. he fixed the board for a very reasonable price, the service was great his personality shows that he truly cares for his customers. my machine works great a year later. best place in town for repairs and service, great attitude, I highly recommend him to anyone. EXCELLENT!!!I just got my machine done from Sa.Ci.I'm very happy with the results.I took my espresso machine there on monday morning because there was leak and noise, i got a call back very quickly for an accurate estimate, was told me very clear what was need be done and the cost.The machine was ready in the day, i'm impressed!I have had an excellent service for a great price, I highly reccomemd, if you need your espresso machine fixed you must go in this place!Very friendly, honesty and expert staff!!!

I’m so glad I did a local google search and found SACI. I was concerned that no one would work on my Jura machine. After a quick call and discussion with Marco, I brought it in and it was fixed with 24 hours. A very fair price that I’m sure may have cost me double elsewhere. FANTASTIC!!! One of the best service experiences I ever had. I’ve had my machine for 10 years. A few years ago I had the pump replaced by another company. They had my machine for 2 weeks it cost almost $300 and it still never really worked well. Today I brought my machine in and Marco fixed it within a few hours. The cost was far less than what I expected and Marco was very knowledgeable. The espresso machine has never made a better coffee. Better than when I first bought it. Marco is an amazing and genuine person. His customer service made my visit a very great experience. I brought my very old machine for repair and because of the supply chain shortage/ covid recovery, he was waiting for parts for almost 5 months. I knew this was out of his control and he did everything possible to try and fix my machine given its age. Unfortunately the parts never showed up to his shop. In return, he paid me for my time as well as included a bag of espresso beans (definitely try an espresso from him if you visit, it was probably one of the best I've tasted). He is also going to reassemble my machine so I can take it back home. If the parts ever do show up in the near future I will definitely bring the machine back to him for the repair as he is very knowledgeable with the machines.

I have a 2002 Bosch Benvenuto. Last year it stopped working. No service technicians would touch it. I was introduced to SACI because he has edible espresso cookies, which I have been looking for. Anyway, I told him about the machine and he said “Bring it in”. So I did and he repaired it. Gotta love it!!

Dropped off an espresso machine and a meat slicer for repair to Marco and he had both machines running in tip top shape quickly.Excellent service and great prices. Highly recommended.

I am a new customer found Marco on the Internet he told me to bring the machine in for repairs it was not grinding the coffee beans.
