Had a great experience getting my passport pictures done here ! Was met with care and amazing customer service by staff, the pictures came out great and just what I needed to get my passport renewed. The worker that helped me out was Christian and he did a fantastic job with my photos. I was left feeling more than satisfied with the quality of service and work provided and this will be my new go to place for anything photography or camera related ! If you are visiting I would highly recommend asking for Christian to help you out for any inquiries.

Store well laid out, staff really knowledgeable. Store does not really scream camera equipment as of old. Looks more boutique or jewelry store. Lots of, if not all equipment behind glass or locked up in cases. Understandably for security reasons, expensive equipment but would be nice to have some tangible demo equipment out for customers to experience. Sorry a bit too sterile.

Best passport place after Costco closed. The photographers are super professional. I had my my pictures taken for four different dimensions, and Sohil at Henry's was one of the nicest people and helped me out figuring out everything and made it super easy. Highly recommend Henrys!

Today I went to Henry’s on Weston Road to print some photos from my kids weddings. Damien Ouellette provided excellent guidance and support to me during my visit. His expertise in photographic techniques and his eye for colour and his ability to visualize the best editing for the photo contributed to an excellent product. Very happy with the service. He is also very pleasant and easy to deal with. Thanks, Damien!!

One of the best place photographer’s and new professionals to get on track. Very helping and cooperative employees and they know their products well. Always recommend and visit and buy my stuff.

Came in looking for advise with buying a new camera. Damien had some great recommendations. Very happy with my experience at Henry’s.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I urgently needed to get passport photos taken as I need to leave for a funeral and it was the only time I had available. I called ahead of time to ensure that I could get my children’s passport photos could be taken. Immediately the person already sounded like they were ready to turn away my business and told me I’d probably have better luck somewhere else. I wish I’d listen. Because I wasted my time coming here. I let them know I was on my way (on my own with my three young children one in a car seat ) was told I’d need to wait for him to finish doing a shipment. We waited as long as we could before the baby started getting fussy which is obviously going to me up effecting the photos and still did not get our photos taken. A heads up would have been nice instead of me having to drive for 30 minutes to a location just to leave and rush out for work because your employees have no customer service skills. Now not only do I not have our passport photos, I will not be able to get my kids passports on time. Thanks !

I came to this store looking for a Wide angle lens (for astro-photography) and a Macro Lens (i was ready to buy). I was told my Sony Kit Lens would be fine enough for astro-photography (bull####) and that I should look on Amazon for my lens options (so I did and bought them there instead). I am very disappointed on the little help I got on my visit...and referred to a competitor? It is sad as I bought my cameras from this location and that was a good experience with helpful staff. Maybe this bad experience was a one time thing but my advice - never send your customers to your competitor.Update (June 16th 2023). Since the original posting of this, Henry's did reach out and resolved this issue to my satisfaction. Thank you for hearing my concern and taking corrective action.

They are highly cooperative people and know their stuff. I went to Henrys looking for a good zoom lens for my Canon, and I had one in mind. But thank god I asked for one of the stores' employee opinion and they just saved me a big time!

I went in to get passport photos done and the owners were nice and professional. Service was quick too and the photos came out perfectly as far as I can tell but it's pricier than other places. I would have rated 5 stars otherwise.
