Gayle Morrell RMT
I went to Gayle originally with an injury. She was able to really help with the healing process. Create movement in an otherwise “stuck” muscle contraction. However I didn’t know how much my nervous system would benefit from the session. At one point I felt like I was day dreaming and I had the best sleep in 6 months that evening. The mix of massage and Cranio has such healing benefit's. Gayle was right there giving space and listening to what my body needed. Highly recommend her.

Gayle’s treatments are always effective and focused. She is able to get into the areas of tension that need to let go and really engage the tissues with the right amount of pressure and pace. I worked as an RMT in Victoria and Salt Spring and recommended her to all of my patients when I moved away— I trust her to do excellent work!
