I love this company! I will call them for anything! They are so kind, honest, prompt, professional and fair. I'm sad to say that it's hard to find a company who treats their customers this way. Words cannot describe how much I truly appreciate how they treat me. One of their electricians even replaced the plug in end on my car with one he had from home because I asked him who I could call to get this replaced. Who does that? Vetted! That's who! As long as they will have me, they have a customer for life.

An exceptionally professional and positive experience! Codi who we first had telephone communications with was friendly, helpful and patiently answered all of our questions! Justin and Regan were polite, friendly, careful and prompt when replacing our unit. Most reasonable pricing! We would definitely recommend this company's services!!

We had a very sudden water heater issue and the Vetted HVAC team was able to have a repairperson out very swiftly! 24/7 on call is very accurate even on stat holiday when the issue was identified. Repair person (Justin) was very knowledgeable, professional and we appreciated that he gave us several tips on optimizing the life of our appliances mid-repair. Highly recommended!

The guys arrived early. Very courteous and very professional.They walked us through the process and explained everything about the tankless hot water heater they installed.They will be replacing my furnace and other major renovation over the next few months.Would recommend them to anyone.

From front office staff through to installation service, this business is top notch. They did our ductless a/c / heat pump installation in a timely fashion and with great care to quality.
