I though the price was decent to at least see if my home safe could be saved. Then the driver adds another $40 or so for “travel time” during a weekday. Super cheesy. No resolution when I sent a message. If your safe is with less than $150 don’t waste your money

Our service guy James was great, unfortunately we were told many things about our appointment thay were indeed not true. Richard had told us that it would be a morning appointment, as well as we could pay debit on site. For both of those things they were not true. We didn't receive our technician till almost 230, no fault to the service guy, also had to drive to the bank to pay the service guy. It was just a hassle and they need better reception training.

Great price! Technician was really friendly. I was on a work meeting when he showed but was very understanding and he got my two locks finished in 20 minutes with no issues.
