I have known the owner, Shirzad, and the shop since inception, and I have always been going back there, although there is an hour drive for me to get there. I have referred more than a dozen friends to them, all have thanked me a number of times for the referral.However, what made feel obligated to leave them a perfect review after many years is my most recent experience at their shop. I called the store as I was in need of a set of tires for my daily drive and one set of rims+tires for a classic truck I have recently purchased. Shirzad asked me to stop by for some consultation first. Him and his team took the extra step to try putting on a few sets of rims on my truck, so that I can get the feeling of the look. He took some precise measurements and walked me through all the possible options for my truck. Although I do my good research before any purchase, I was amazed and impressed how knowledgeable and helpful Shirzad is, when it comes to custom/specialized rim/tire fittings. He pointed out a few important points that I had totally missed. I am a picky person, but he made me feel so comfortable expressing my opinion, assured me that he would keep offering options until I would be completely happy with the rim I select; he spent a good time looking for the perfect match for my truck in different catalogs. He ordered me a set of rims, but assured me that he would just bring them in so that I can physically see them, but no pressure if I do not like them, and he would bring me in another set/style in case I am not happy with the look/colour.In about 24 hours, he brought in the 8 tires and the 4 rims for me. Something that would easily take “10-15 bussiness days” even at Costco! Prices at Sorat are unbeatable either!I took both cars there today; they have 4 lift hoists and 5 full balance machines there, with plenty of staff. It literally took them 15-20 min to swap the tires! Shirzad showed me all different tire options for the rims he had brought me in, all the tires were fully in stock right at their shop! Once I made a decision, 20 min later the truck was all done!Great service. Super friendly staff. Highly knowledgeable, honest, and professional manager/owner. Reasonable prices. What else one would expect from a shop? I would keep going back there and referring friends to them as long as they exist. They are simply amazing!Sorry for the long text, but I felt I should spend the time to leave this comprehensive review, explain my experience, and the reasoning behind the top review, as they well deserve it! Greatness deserves recognition, I believe. Highly recommend. Prices are the best I have found twice now. They have a pit crew" like team of 5 which changed a set of 4 tires in only 23 minutes - avoiding the hassle of leaving your card for 2-4hrs at other tire shops on the North Shore. They even detailed the new tires with protectant so they stay looking great!"

Shirzad the owner was helpful from the start. Answered all my questions and was out on the floor himself changing my tires and getting them balanced. I'm a perfectionist and these guys know what they are doing. Highly recommended.Good service ain't cheap.Cheap service ain't good.Sorat Service is cheap AND good. The rare combo.

Esplanade East off Lonsdale I like to call “tire row”, resulting in healthy competition, which Sorat is one such good example. When a shop a block away failed me after weeks of several drop-in attempts to summer/winter wheel swap, I called Sorat for an appointment. They simply said “can you come now?”, which I did thankfully! Their price was fair, they took only a half hour, and they even treated the tires to be gleaming black & clean when I drove off. Thanks guys, much appreciated!!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Shirzad helped me get the exact wheels and tiers I wanted. No BS just professional customer service. The Sorat team exceeded expectations. I Love my new wheels and tires and would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Sorat Wheels was able to order in the specific tires that I wanted. I shopped around town (even around BC) and they offered the best price with balancing and mounting. Next time I won’t waste my time shopping around, I’ll just trust that they’re selling a good product at a great price with a professional installation.On my appointment day the installation was extremely quick. I think I left my truck there for maybe ...30 minutes and was called back to come pick it up!The hands-on owner runs the books at the desk and works in the back so they are extremely busy! He’s happy to answer questions but I got more of a no frills, no BS vibe which was exactly what I needed! Hospitality at its best! I came for a set of winter tires, even though the guys and owner were super busy, they took the time to greet me and help me in choosing the best tires and wheels. The display if hospitality at a tire center is unheard of…until today! These group of individuals are simply phenomenal, helpful, friendly and professional. Never going to another tire place ever!

I purchased a snow tire/wheel package for my Tesla Model Y today. This is probably the best tire shop I’ve ever been to. No upselling (in fact he gave me a cheaper option compared to what I ended up purchasing), great customer service, beautiful showroom/waiting area, and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I will be coming here from now on!

I have had continual good service from the owner and staff at Sorat Tire. Actually, I should tell you that I have been to other tire service companies around North Vancouver, and I have experienced the Customer Service and knowledge of those companies, so I have enough experience to compare them. This is the reason that I wrote this review for Sorat Wheels. The owner of this business, whose name is Shurzad, has given me advice for my vehicle, that has always been smart and intuitive. This kind of knowledge about tires for my vehicle, and how they would handle and last, cannot be done by other companies that just have young staff at the counter.Thanks to Sorat Wheels owner and his professional staff, who have balanced & installed the tires and rims so quickly. They repeatedly show respect for my time to bring my vehicle into their shop. I feel that they have shown that they appreciate the time I have taken to buy my tires at their company.I do recommend this company because they have superior product knowledge, and they will also beat the prices of other companies as well… Who does that nowadays?
