Woofur

Brought my cat for a comb cut but they recommended de-shedding instead based on the photos I sent and I am SO happy with their suggestion and work. The staff is nice, the groomer is specifically a cat groomer so understands their behavior, fur and how to groom cats properly. It's difficult to find good cat groomers so I am glad I found Woofur!

This place is definitely more expensive than other dog places. At the same time the services they provide are at a higher bar. I tried out many dog grooming places for my dog, Woofur is by far the best. All of the other places I tried would leave some sort of damage on my dog after grooming (nail too short, cut on the skin, etc...). I have been with Woofur for 3 years now, would highly recommend.

The owner Michelle is quite manipulative when it comes to dog owner’s training. She will just judge you on the outside even though she has no idea of person’s financial situation right now.You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to train your dogs. AND there are variety of ways to train your dog based on their personality. Every dog is different. Just because they are from a certain breed, doesn’t mean they will be exactly like that. My German shepherd is the sweetest, she is gentle to everything, from little dogs to little kids. I trained her well even though I’m not certified.You may have experience and certification but I’ve been around dogs all my life. I also don’t need to have insurance for my dog sitting or walking freelance work as I do not do it frequently.I do not appreciate your demeaning judgment based on a video interview.If you are such a great dog trainer, you would show empathy to dog owners as we are all just doing our best to take care of our dogs as they are family to us, not just an animal.

The groomers here do a great job with my dog. He comes back looking clean with no scrapes, razor burn and cuts like I've experienced with other groomers. It's on the pricier side but the care taken is worth it

My dog has always been high energy and after his first day there it was the first time he had been so calm at home in the evening. the staff is very nice and open about everything that happens. whether it be who he played with, how he behaved, they will always tell you and keep you informed. they were more than willing to answer any questions i had. all in all a great first experience and i will retrun

I respect their service during the tough time that everywhere else is shut down. Staffs are friendly. However, I wish they could be more informative before shaving my cat completely.I brought my cat for bath and grooming. With too much expectation making the little boy look nicer. I thought it would be a simple trim with comb and scissor. However it turned out to be overly shaved.I can tell my little boy came back home disappointed. He keeps sitting under the table with his head down. No moving, not eating nor playing. It will takes a while to get this poor little boy to re-build his confidence.

First time cutting they didn’t do a very good job face didn’t get groomed Gateshead area did get groomed, feet was long cut when I ask for short cut. Though I give them a second try thinking it was maybe I didn’t communicate properly. But again Groomer did NOT cut as I wanted. Told them not to cut tail. Gave them sample photos of what kind of cut I want, came back with anything but what the picture looks like. Won’t go back again. Do not recommend them.

My dog Link gets so excited when he realizes we are in the parking lot because he knows he’s going to doggy daycare! I know when I leave him at woofur, I have the peace of mind that he is well taken care of and gets so much love. The staff are great and the service is wonderful.

Great service for my cat! Booked a spa and grooming session for my cat and she came back cleaner and seemingly happier than I'd expected! Thank you for the wonderful and quick service. Will definitely return again.
