Very tidy place. Not much to it but great place to stop along the way

Awesome hidden treasure of a campground. Owner is super chill and friendly. Great wooded tent sites and direct access to a cute little lake. Great for families but also adults who want to get away and relax

After 4 years at this campground, we finally left as the cold water is not drinkable and the hot water always had a very bad smell. It was worst than ever this year. Complaining to Willie was useless as he would always reply that he is working on it and if we were not happy there, to feel free to move, so we finally took his advice. The washroom building is left to be desired. Willie is not always as friendly as people think as he is rude at times. He was very rude to me last summer after I complained about his worker who started using the wiper sniper at 7:30 am. Willie never apologized to me for his rudeness. He also raised the seasonal rents $500 more in the space of 2 years and nothing to offer for what he charges for a seasonal. The new campground where we are now is costing us the same price and offers more. The water is drinkable, no smelly hot water, there is a swimming pool, a modern washroom building with 4 washers and 4 dryers, fun activities like washer toss and horseshoe tournaments, live bands playing and more. We love our new home!! We now wish we would have moved here sooner.

Nice and very helpful owners, simple but clean toilets and showers, even a sink outside the amenities, highly recommend to stay there

What a great place. We unfortunately did not have much time to explore but the host/owner Mr Wild was friendly and helpful. It is a pretty campground with lots of space and close to all attractions in the area. Thanks so much!

Great small campground for the family, it has everything you would need, my kids could bike and roam around and I never once felt they were unsafe . The place is family owned and operated and they greeted everyone and always asked if we needed anything to make our stay better.Also always nice to support a veteran owned business.

Great campground with full services and friendly staff to help you with whatever you need. Just a 2 minute drive to Shubenacadie provincial wildlife park, which has a wonderful activity centre for the kids. Only 30 mins to Halifax for shopping or appointments. We'll be back.

Nice small campground and really nice and helpful owners. We had some car issues and we were able to use their garage. We stopped there at the beginning and at the end of our trip and would go there every time again.

We stayed at the campground for 2 nights and the owner, Willy Wild, was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you!
