Mary Brown's Chicken

First try. Online order. They got my order wrong with the chicken and the side.....I checked my order and it clearly says what I ordered, so maybe they didn't take the time to read the ticket :/Pick up was friendly and quick.Food I was impressed with the quantity.Taste kind of reminds me of KFC like 15years ago when they were better.I would say these guys are in between KFC and churches.With all the positive feedback I heard from friends I just assume they didn't get the chicken and fries lol.

I will not be returning to this location, the fried chicken was tough and tasted old. The tenders looked like they were cut from random pieces of chicken and the coating was barely existent. Id rate it lower but I've had great chicken from other locations..I emailed them before posting a review (off nights happen) and was offered a 15% discount on my next visit instead of any refund. I wouldn't have accepted it but the offer would have been nice, I won't be returning here, the overall experience was disappointing.

Chicken like it used to be 25 years ago at KFC! Moist chicken, coated with a tasty batter. Served hot with a delicious wedge fries. Options of a biscuit (dry) and gravy (yum!). I go there at least twice a month (for the last year) when I want good fried chicken.

Just this past weekend, i visited this restaurant for the very first time and I'm 101% satisfied with my first experience. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. They serve fresh hot food to the customers and waiting time is quite less than otherrestaurants. I'm eagerly waiting to visit again in the upcoming weekend with my friends.

U won't even deserve a one-star customer service is horrible they are not professional at all, there is a girl from India who has long hair and wears eyeglasses and when I told her that I ordered spicy chicken not the original one then she became upset and talking so loud she scared me then when she called the cooker to asked him about the food like his face looked upset and they made me feel guilty about it. I work in customer service and I know how we deal with delicate situations

I've tried ordering from Mary Browns three times now. All three times we have been missing at least one item. This time half of our order was missing. Dinner for one was splt between two. Thanks Mary Browns! Twice the pickle chips have been so overcooked they are inedible.Won't be ordering again. Absolutely 0/5 if I could.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. The mouthwatering signature chicken meal is always fantastic as they are cooked fresh.Big Mary Sandwiches" are the best at this location.I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend everyone to visit with friends and family."

I am not usually a big fan of 'fast food' fried chicken, but this place is doing it right! I don't live in Langley, but when I'm there I look forward to being able to grab a lunch here.The Big Mary is the best 'fast food' chicken sandwich I've ever had. A well seasoned, crispy breading over moist, flavourful chicken breast, and for some reason the pickle on top always feels so fitting. I tried it once with tomato and cheese at the suggestion of the staff and while not for me I can see why some might like it that way. Even better if you're in on a Monday for the Big Mary Mondays special - that's a value proposition that's hard to beat these days.Their regular fried chicken is also very nice. Leagues beyond KFC in my book. First tried that today, and it was excellent! I also quite enjoy their 'taters.' The seasoning on those things tickles something just right and I've always been served a fresh, piping hot batch.Their mobile app is one of the better ones I've used, offering up their whole menu including specials and plenty of customization options. I find this very convenient as I can place an order and arrive inside their preparation time (about 10 minutes) without having to wait around.The real pièce de résistance here is the staff. Every visit they have always been so friendly and pleasant. When I get there early they're always forthcoming with an estimate on how many more minutes until my food would be ready without ever needing to ask. It's a very nice change from the general neutrality, or worse, like I'm an inconvenience, I see in many other establishments in the same market. So, kudos to the staff and management at Mary Brown's Chicken Murrayville, you're definitely doing it right!

We went for the $5 chicken sandwiches on a Monday. Excellent value for your money. Cost less than $50 to feed a family of five

Absolutely terrible customer service!I ordered a Big Mary combo through Skip the Dishes and wrote “No mayo, please (allergic to mayo!!)”.I received the order and the sandwich had mayo on both the top and bottom of the of the chicken and on the tomatoe (that I paid extra for). I immediately phoned the store to inform them of the mistake and they argued with me, saying that they had indeed originally made it with mayo, but then saw my note and replaced everything fresh. They DID NOT, they simply put the contaminated contents in a new bun.They told me that was impossible because they made it themselves and were certain there was no mayo on the sandwich they sent. They told me I needed to bring the sandwich back to the store in order for them to replace it. I explained that I just paid for delivery and was unable to bring their error back to them. I further explained that I took photos of the sandwich and offered to send them as proof of the error if they’d provide an email address or a phone number I could text. They refused and said they’d call their boss and then call me back with a solution… I’m still waiting two and a half hours later. So much for dinner.Apparently the customer is always wrong at this location. I will never order from is store again. See attached photos.
