Just had major surgery performed on my bicycle (new forks). Thanks to all at the shop I have been able to go for a few rides before season's end with a renewed confidence. While out on a ride, I had a minor mechanical problem. I walked in to their shop at Sherwood Forest Mall and in a couple of minutes, my issue was fixed and I was on my way with no charge! Very helpful and friendly staff!

Came in to purchase a youth bike for my 12-year-old. The owner, Mady, was so helpful and friendly. Answered all our questions and wasn't pushy as we had a budget ($700) we wanted to stick with. Was patient with my younger one and was knowledgeable and confident in the products she carried. Very impressed with the service. With bike shortages everywhere, most bike price points are very similar all over London; the customer service provided sets this bike shop ahead and apart from all the others. Supporting small business owners like this one is great and I will head back here when in need of future service needs or bikes. Definitely worth your patronage and highly recommend!

Great sales and service people. Stopped in to find a kickstand for my bike and they stopped what they were working on (organizing the new shop!) to assist me. Always my go to.

Date: March 10th 2023Time: 3:22pmSo I'm a delivery driver had to rush in to next door to grab my order because there isn't no other parking spot atm and my order said already done 15 seconds while the worker did told me to park somewhere else for customers but there wasn't none & plus I shop there in the past for my bikes well not anymore! I've seen men delivery drivers park there no issues but once I did female this boy decided to make a thread on damaging my vehicle even kept opening my back door and told me I should go back where I came from really I'm First Natives!So training needs to be done and this white boy needs to stop feeling entitled thinking he can act & speak this wayThis is why it's hard for female delivery drivers to keep working when men like this act out aggressive I will never buy anything from them againNow owner is lying because he was alone this shop should be ashamed of yourself!To make someone feel scared stop the lying!

The staff were truly incredible. They are very friendly and very helpful in helping me purchase a bike. They answered all of my questions and let me test ride bikes I was interested in too! I would highly recommend The Cyclepath to anyone based on the customer service alone. The prices are fair and the new location at Sherwood is very convenient, and they offer a wide selection of bicycles and even as a tall guy I was able to find a bicycle that works wonderfully for me and is a dream to ride. I am so happy with my new bike and the customer service by the staff here. I will certainly be recommending this shop to anyone looking for a new bike in the future!
