I bought 3 instruments here today. The service was very good and staff was friendly. Lots to look at. I really enjoyed looking around here. Nice selection of guitars.

Staff was helpful. The rental guy was gone, so they gave me a brand new piece of equipment to take on rent because they couldn't find the replacement. Awesome service!!!

A store with a great selection of quality brands and accessories. Close enough to Windsor to be a viable alternative to Long & McQuade. It's good to have a choice.

They had a guitar (Prs 277 baritone) on reverb that I was interested in but was not 100% sure about, So I took a drive to Chatham to look at it, have to say, I'm glad I did. I didn't like the neck on the Prs 277 not my style. They had a good selection of PRS's and I ended up buying a Prs SE custom 24 7 string, beautiful guitar and alot of fun to play. The guy who help was nice and friendly. It's a nice little shop will definitely be back.

For an event at Chatham on Apr 29 2023 , the event organizers booked a set of stages and gave a credit card info and it was not delivered. Very very disappointing. The show went on without a stage.Hope nothing serious has happened to the families of Tony musicals.Bad experience.I have NO option to do a review with NO STAR, so gave one star.

I can tell these folks have a passion for what they do.
