I used these folks for the first time with a $100k US to CAD transaction. It was effortless. They can take funds right out of a US savings account (in a Canadian Bank) and put the converted funds right back. Never have to go to the bank. All done over the phone. My rate was within half a cent of the inter-bank US conversion rate noted on their website. You know exactly what the converted dollars will be before the transaction is complete. I would use nobody else even for small transactions. Excellent Service!!!

I have exchanged hundreds of thousands of dollars with these guys over the past two years. They do not keep record of the transactions and for a company affiliated with the Dragons Den, I would never have though that this may have been an issue. I would look for a different trading partner.

Unfortunately they dont do money exchange of other Countries except Can, US, UK. No Asian Countries. Sorry for me. The service was quick, I was able to find out by chat.

Called in to get info on an exchange rate then decided to head to the office to make the exchange only to find out they don't actually have a physical office..... very poorly communicated and advertised don't waste your time going to the physical location.
