Very professional from the start to finish. The company provided a great quote with multiple options. The roof was replaced super fast and on time. Everything was cleaned up at the end. My new roof looks great and I am super glad I used RM Frolich.

I called as I had an ice build up on my roof. With spring here it was creating a huge problem. In less than 24 hours the team arrived and removed the ice. Not only did they remove it but cleared it all away. Both men very professional. Beautiful job and I highly recommend if you have issues call the professionals!! I am 68 years old so there was no possibility I could do this myself. Even if I was 20 it would be dangerous!

RM Frolich brought all equipment needed to access and replace a quite steep roof in a yard with multiple levels. They brought specialized cleanup trailers and equipment and were done within half a day with flawless cleanup. They were able to accommodate my requests to remove the old chimney and include additional ice protections.

All members of their team from initial call, quotation process, to installation, were professional and courteous to deal with. The work was excellent and completed ahead of schedule. The documentation for quotation, contract, and final invoice was thorough and complete, meeting all of my insurance company's requirements for information. All the materials were provided digitally making it easy to forward the documents to my insurance broker.

The team at RMFrolich were great to deal with from the time I called to book a roof installation to the time the bill was settled. Initially, what I appreciated was that the team took care of all my questions with regards to roofing styles. They drafted a contract for me which I reviewed in-depth (always read the contract) and asked questions about. They were attentive to answering my questions. Now let’s talk about install day! The installers showed up early, unpacked their gear/got geared up, the supervisor showed up and assured me they’d be done by the end of the day. When I came home from work, they were packing up, cleaning up every last roofing nail and headed out with the utmost respect.Overall the team at RMFrolich were professional, extremely communicative and responsive. I felt like I was in great hands and taken good care of. RMFrolich is wonderful to work with. After booking our roof replacement there was a windstorm and I called to see if there was anything they could do to help. They had a patch on within 24-48h and before the next storm!When they came to replace the shingles they were there bright and early, courteous, organized and cleaned up after themselves (Day 1).Day 2 was a little more hectic and they had fewer workers, so the progression was slower, but they still finished our large (and steep on day2) roof in 2 days.There were more loose nails in the grass and driveway than I was expecting that we needed to keep an eye out for with a toddler. They do have a magnetic device to check for them but I was not present day 2 to see if it was used. They did use it on day 1.Overall the quality of the work done, and done efficiently, has stood up to the elements in the 2 seasons (fall and winter)since the roof was completed. I would recommend RMFrolich to others for roofing!The only other note I can think of is that there’s a small patch of dead grass underneath where one of their dumpsters was, but we will be trying to seed that in the Spring.
