360 Sleeve

Successful surgery. Good team. To be honest weight loss for me was only effortless the first 6 months and after that I have not gone back to the original high weight after 21 months but after the first 6 months as I was not very careful with what I ate I gained some back and then stayed in a plateau. In general it was good because I was hopeless before the surgery. I know that at this point if I'm more careful with the choices and amount of my food I can do a lot better and having a small stomach definitely helps. Take good care of your stomach after surgery and don't overeat.

I had THE MOST FANTASTIC experience at Clinic 360. I cannot praise the team and the facility enough. I've been talking about my experience to anyone who will listen. I suffer badly with anxiety and depression, and having surgery was a huge deal for me. I was terrified. I know for a fact that I was one of those royal-pain-in-the-bum clients who called the clinic way too frequently to ask a million (probably stupid) questions, but if they were ever sick of me, it never ever showed. My first point of contact was Alina, who was prompt, professional, and really helpful when I was still researching the process and calling around to different clinics to investigate my options. I also dealt with Carlie, who was bubbly and warm every time we spoke; she still is! I texted or called the bariatric nurse, Yolanda, soooo many times with sooo many questions, and she always replied patiently and within no time. She was also always friendly and pleasant, and she was guaranteed to make me laugh every time we spoke. Sometimes, I would text her because it was too late at night to call, but she'd pick up the phone and call me if she felt that I needed it. I once texted Dr. Kundhal (surgeon) in a panic over some medication I had taken. He texted me back within five minutes to reassure me that I would be fine. On the day of my surgery, the staff were absolutely amazing. Adrian (nurse) filled out my forms, took my weight, did my COVID test, and laughed and chatted with me, which helped relax me. Minutes before I entered the OR, Dr. Irshad (surgeon) came and reassured me further, as did Dr. Gaid (anaesthetist). In fact, all the staff members I interacted with, including the ones in the OR, were reassuring, and my post-op nurse, Joanne, was patient and kind. My post-op pain and nausea were very well controlled by my team, and I felt comfortable going home the same night, even though they assured me that I could stay the night if I wanted to. I also need to say that the clinic was squeaky clean and completely high-tech. I like to be fair when leaving reviews, and if I could think of a single negative aspect of this experience, believe me, I would include it here. BUT from start to finish, the entire experience was EXCEPTIONAL...a million times better than I could ever have imagined. My surgery was a month ago, and I'm losing weight and happier than I've been in yearsssss. I have since had several follow-ups with the team (including my surgeon), and I have many more to come. The five-year aftercare was a huge factor in why I chose a private clinic, and I chose this particular clinic because they made me feel as if I was their sole focus and that they really cared about me and my well-being. I have ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS. So if you're weighing up your options, I unreservedly recommend Clinic 360. You will be in the BEST POSSIBLE HANDS. I promise you!

5 stars are not enough. I am grateful to meet such a great team of Doctors, nurses and other staff. Everyone is very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional.I highly recommend Dr. Irshad, I had the best experience with the Doctor's follow ups, no issues with surgery and no concerns that have not been addressed afterwards. For all of us out there that are still looking and/or wondering if they should get the sleeve done, I highly encourage all of you to GO FOR IT! go for it with professionals and here are the Best of the Best.

I had surgery at clinic 360 November 2020. The clinic and staff were fantastic. They made me feel very comfortable booking with them and answered all of my questions. I knew exactly what was going to happen at each step of the journey, and everything was taken care of when you book!I am 10 months post-op and currently within my healthy BMI range for the first time since adolescence. The changes have been incredible, and I give all the credit to the team at clinic 360. The follow-up care has been excellent, and I continue to meet with the dietitian when I have questions. They take great pride in your success, and made sure to follow up regularly. This surgery has changed my life and I tell everyone how I got a sleeve at clinic 360! I would highly recommend them, and have several times to people who ask me how I got to where I am now with my body and weight loss!

Clinic 360 is where I underwent VSG (sleeve) surgery. After a lot of research I chose Clinic 360 based on their reviews and attention to client details. I have to say I have never felt so cared for in regards to my health. From Alana the office manager, to Yolanda my head nurse and Dr.Irshad my surgeon...the care has been the best I've ever experienced.I have never had surgery or even stitches, so I was quite nervous despite the fact I knew I was in good hands. From the second I walked in the clinic (which is so beautiful), I instantly was relaxed and greeted with smiles. My anxiety was instantly calmed by the attention I received.Waking up from surgery was very pleasant, I was greeted with three smiling faces (my overnight nurses). I had no pain, I felt wonderful actually. My nurses cared for me amazingly and there was never a time I even moved without one of them being there. It was one of the greatest sleeps I've had!If you are considering VSG surgery then there is honestly no reason to look any further. I am only 2 weeks out, feeling incredible, tolerating everything and it's thanks to Clinic 360. The attention to their clients doesn't end when the surgery is done, in the two weeks I've been recovering I've talked to my amazing dietician twice and my surgeon twice. To successfully lose weight, one must work on the mind and connect with the body, a good relationship with self! My journey has been short of that because I judged myself, not understanding why I made the food choices I did! It was hard, but it is getting r much better because working with Rose, the dietician, has been mind-changing and eye-opening! It is fantastic working with someone who listens and gets to know you to understand your needs! That's precisely what I get with Rose! I absolutely love her! She does NOT offer a generic “diet,” as other dieticians or nutritionists! She has taught me to understand my relationship with food, and I can say for the first time I and getting to know and trust my body because it speaks!! In fact, the entire team at clinic 360 is phenomenal!

I choose 360 Sleeve after a very detailed information session with Dr Irshad 8 months ago. I had surgery 6 months ago, and every day I know that I made the right choice. The pre op and post op support has been nothing less than phenomenal. Alina in the office is just wonderful. A special acknowledgement to Yolanda who was right there with me every single step of the way. Yolanda is not only fantastic at her job and taking care of you, she is also just a lovely person.The day of surgery Dr Irshad, Dr Kundhal & Dr Giad took the time to make sure I was comfortable, prepared and answered any last minute questions. The nursing & administration staff we all kind, caring, patient and attentive. The follow up care has been amazing, Dr. Kundhal has been so kind, patient and thorough during all of the follow up visits and whenever I needed anything at all.If I could give more then 5 stars I would.6 months later I have lost 80 lbs and living my best life thanks to the team at 360 Sleeve.-Andrea Kennedy

I had my sleeve done at Clinic 360 About 9 weeks ago. Hands down the best experience ever. Alina from consultation, to meeting Dr Irshad. I had fears but Alina talked me through it all. Yolanda had made my recovery process amazing so far. All night she checked up on me every hour, asked me if I needed anything. I don’t think i’ld have gotten this quality of care anywhere else! I am grateful for the experience and looking forward to my follow up appointment. Everyone at the clinic was so welcoming, from the front desk to the nurses. Felt like home.Special thanks to nurse Yolanda again. Even after getting home she kept checking up and following up with me. She’s a text away if I had any questions. I had my sleeve done March 5th 2022. There are no words to describe the treatment i got here. From the moment i walked in i felt like home. There wasn't a moment where I felt nervous, shy or insecure, there were so many laughs, great conversations and warm smiling faces. Dr. Irshad and Dr. Kundhal are absolutely amazing, Dr Irshad explained to me the surgery procedure and made me feel so relaxed before entering the operating room. From the moment I woke up i was surrounded by the kindest staff. They never left my side. My assigned nurse Yolanda is a new friend for life. She has a heart of gold.I gained a new family.
