Smooth experience with this branch. Rented a car the previous night and picked up the next morning with no problems. Easy pick up and easy return.

I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years, and I continue to be impressed by their commitment to customer service. Every time I rent from Enterprise, I am greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. The cars are always clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate the fact that I can choose from a variety of makes and models. The rates are also very competitive, which is a huge plus. I recently rented a car for a long road trip, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable journey. I will definitely be returning to Enterprise for my future rental car needs.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I’ve been here for an hour trying to pick up a truck for work that’s been booked under a corporate account. It seems as if the manager is more interested in lecturing me rather then renting me a truck. If you are looking to rent a work vehicle I’d seriously recommend avoiding this location and going with Driving Force. Horrible management and customer service. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give it less then one star I would and I’ll also doing everything in my power to file a formal complaint against this place.

The guys that work at this location are really good at their jobs. They're kind people. They're informed people. They don't treat customers who are being abusive, manipulative, or unkind with anything less than the utmost level of respect. I watch these guys handle all sorts of customers over 20 minute period, and nothing seem to phase them. The staff here are doing an excellent job. You're being silly if you don't want to rent from them. If you've got the means, and you're coming to Vancouver save yourself a couple of hundred dollars don't rent exactly at the airport, take the train one stop and rent from these people. The staff here are excellent.

I pre booked a car through their online service months in advance. They know how to take the reservation but don’t know how to hold it, which is most important part. I managed to get the car I booked only 1 time out of 4 at this location. I always rent with enterprise but this location is not the best.

TLDR: don't trust everything the staffs say or promiseI had made a reservation for a car from 8 am to 5 pm on Friday. When I arrived to pick up the car, I was informed that I could return it by 8 am the following day at the same price. I made sure to confirm this before taking the key and driving away. However, at 4:35 pm on Friday, I received a phone call asking me to return the car before 5 pm or else I would be charged for the rental until Monday. They denied ever making the promise, claiming there was no note on my rental record. It seemed that they had forgotten about their weekend closure when they gave me the verbal agreement. This experience left me with doubts about their trustworthiness as they refused to acknowledge their mistake.Furthermore, the cleanliness of the vehicle was not up to par, but I found the lack of honesty from the staff member to be more concerning.

Amazing service. Very nice staff to deal with. Treated us like family since the moment we arrived at their location. One advice don’t book online and expect to find the exact same car. It’s always better to call the branch and ask for availability. I’d always come back to this location. 10/10 guys

I like their online ordering system. Also, when the vehicle that I requested suddenly became unavailable (for a valid reason) the day before pick up. the desk team was quick to connect with me in order to choose an alternate unit that met my needs. Excellent service from pick up to drop off.

Suv ran and drove great, service was great, but the suv was VERY scratched up on all 4 sides, there was a window chip right in my field of view driving, disappointing. They did not have another vehicle I could switch to.
