I had a patch in my pants, April made an amazing repair, far beyond what I thought was possible. Yes, it is visible if you look for it , not noticeable otherwise. A very quick service at a reasonable price. Thank you J&C.

April did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. She added a bustle, hemmed the length, added a belt and I was able to borrow crinoline. She even stayed open a little later so that I could pick up my dress after work. Amazing customer service and it looks amazing!

I had a large iron-on patch sewn onto my denim jacket and it was done very quickly and absolutely perfectly despite the wavy shapes of the outline of the patch. Very impressed and happy with the work done!

WORST ALTERATIONS EVER!! My best friend went here to get her wedding dress altered, and boy did it come out looking worse needing more work after than it did going in. The seamstress, April, did not listen to what my friend wanted done whatsoever and kept speaking over her telling her what she thought was best (which was extremely incorrect). With 10 days before the wedding, the dress still needed SO much work … talk about a brides worst nightmare! When taking it to other alteration places to fix J&C’s multiple mistakes, each said it was too far gone and getting a new wedding dress would almost be my friends best bet since it was butchered so badly. The hem off the bottom was taken up too short; the sleeves were so baggy when they were suppose to be fitted tight to look like her skin; the cups for her breast were so pointy, large and unflattering; the buttons on the back of the dress didn’t even line up when trying to DO it up, and 3 of the buttons couldn’t even reach to be done up; the bustles for the train looked like they just stuck something in to get it off the floor leaving it looking incredibly messy and like a big floof of tool.I truly don’t even know or understand how this place is still in business let alone recommended by the boutique that sold her the dress. The workman ship was so poor, the professionalism was appalling and I was disgusted she still charged my friend over $400 for this massive mistake that caused so many tears and stress. I would NEVER recommend this place in a million years and would give it a negative rating if possible.

April is just completely amazing and sweet. I had gone in with my sewing machine that had tension issues and asked if machine serving was something the business offered. April said it was something they were looking to start offering and opted to take a look at the machine right away and gave me tips as well. Had a lovely chat too. Thank you April..☺️
