Sherwood Ford Service Center
Always a positive experience and they go above and beyond to care for my car. Recently my Mitsubishi was stalling and the dealer couldn't figure it out. I brought it to Sherwood Ford and the service manager Damon made sure they kept for a few days to figure out the issue. They figured it out and repaired it quick for a great cost. Their valet service means I can get my car serviced without even having to go into the dealership

The valet service was an excellent convenience and the price reasonable for the work they did. Thorough inspection identified a critical repair before it caused a serious problem. They were fast, friendly, and provided regular updates. Will be using them again.

Quick review for Sherwood Ford's service center. Never have an issue, and if anything comes up, it is resolved quickly. Always friendly atmosphere, prompt and quality service. Really what should be expected from any company/dealership. Nothing negative to say here, hopefully this continues on.

I recently returned to Sherwood Ford for my vehicle service requirements because of the excellent attention received from the service advisor, Kami. Upon moving to Sherwood Park from Ontario, I had a couple of encounters with another advisor which prompted me to take my service requirements elsewhere. It wasn’t until I had a Ford recall, which I dealt with Kami with, that I decided to give Sherwood Ford another chance. She restored my faith in Sherwood Ford, and is the reason I returned.

My Service Agent was friendly and courteous. When I arrived I was served quickly. Jenny promised to confirm the quote later in the day, which she did. I got a call when my vehicle was ready and the Courtesy vehicle was there in 15 minutes to pick me up. The work done on my vehicle was completely satisfactory. All in all, I had a very positive experience with the Service Department.

Sherwood Ford Service Center
Had a full service done, including the fuel system, they wanted 299 for a diff flush. Had it done somewhere else much cheaper. As well, had to have the fuel system reserviced as they didn't change the clogged fuel filter. Lastly during their inspection they somehow missed that the fact that my power steering fluid was pitch black and half empty, almost costing me a new pump. Will not be getting my services done there again, they're way overpriced and only did half the work.
