Excellent workers

Steer clear of working or doing business with a company that like Swiss Steel.My experience being there for a week was terrible.Brad the supervisor needs serious training on how to respectfully engage with employee’s.He instructed me when to take a lunch break (30 min) 6 hours after the start of my shift which is illegal as per the labour laws in Ontario.The next day after getting ready to head back on the floor after my lunch break. He storms into to the cafeteria demanding that I get on the floor having been in the cafe 1 minute past my break time.Later confronting me on the warehouse floor trying to instruct that he is trying inform me of the rules and regulations.I suggest politely that he at the very least address me with some respect instead of being so rude and abrasive. I repeated what I said after he asked “ what did u say? “To which his response was to let me go which I was relieved as this was not the place I could see myself working at any longer after the interactions with Brad the supervisor.Hands down the worst place I have worked at in my 20 years of warehouse jobs.Brad needs serious management & people skills.Tony Guastadisegni the hiring manager also needs to do a better job of hiring the right people to effectively work along side the employees.Worst place to work period. Wish there’s was an option for zero stars not even deserving of one.
