Never a disappointment always a blessing. Pricing vary depending on what you get done but her work is satisfying.

Brought my jumpsuit for zipper repair and alterations. My jumpsuit has lining and the alterations were a bit complex. They understood what needed to be done. We did the alterations in 2 stages as per their recommendation. I trusted their professional opinion and I am so happy I did. We did the zipper first. Then when that was done, measurements were done again and the rest of the alterations I wanted. As always and as expected, my jumpsuit is perfect! I love my dress! They are a wonderful group of women whom I trust with my valued formal dresses. Professional and yet so warm. They took care of my dress and they took care of me. I am very grateful. The team at Stitch IT always do an outstanding job with all alterations and repairs. My latest request involved creating a pouch on a damaged sweatshirt and replacing elbow patches on a favourite sweater. Their work exceeded my expectations! Dry cleaning and minor repairs were also completed with a fast turn around time. Great place!

I had 2 pairs of pants that needed hemming. I asked for one pair as a rush within 3 hrs. The other for whenever. The lady there said no problem. When I returned she had done both sets of pants for me. Always bring my clothes here. Nice people and great job.

If I could give this place a zero out of ten I would. I went in there and no one came to greet us, instead we were rudely yelled at from a room. The lady didn’t even answer any of our questions, instead she just questioned everything we were asking of her. It was a horrible experience and she made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable. She was very impolite and we will definitely not be returning there and won’t be recommending that place for anyone.
