The. Worst.. they can’t do anything in the store. Every time I go in looking for help they always tell me they can’t do anything and send me away to call the 1-888 number for Rogers. Waste of time. Manager is the least friendly too - super cold. Don’t bother going.

We are loyal Fido customers and we almost decided to switch companies. We went to this store for a new phone plan. I suggest to this store (Rogers Woodstock) to please train this cute girl with pink/purple highlights. My husband and I are on the same account( Basically I’m authorized to make changes) I came to the store with my child and this cute girl said my name was not there so I can’t claim the phone that we ordered. (We went to that store a week before so we should’ve known we were not eligible for the plan)So I told my husband what happened and he went there a few hours later( all the way from London), then he called and told me that we’re not eligible. (Cute girl was lil bit rude to him too). It was a huge waste of time/fuel going there. Then we decided to call fido. Booom! Guess what? We got the phone plan we wanted. So definitely staying with Fido. End

Zero stars! I had to deal with most rude woman ever, it was unreal, I can’t believe she stil has a job, so we walked out, went to London store and treated with respect, they guy there was nice and helpful and normal,

I have personally decided to go with bell not due to their service but due to the woodstock Roger's location keeping their doors locked and requiring you to make a appointment and show I'd just to enter their store I do not care if your in a sketchy location either move your store or hire security instead of treating your paying customers like criminals definitely not worth the time going to this location

Worst customer service. Everyone you talk to is so rude and doesn't take any time to help. Roger's should get rid of all there reps and hire people who will actually try and help with a calm attitude plus they have constant outages that they won't do anything about

We just switched our phones over and upgraded our Internet to what we thought was a much better deal. We signed up for direct payment option with the agreement that the Installion fees would be waved.Once I received the bill not ONE installation fee was waved our bill was expected to be $257 ( 2 phones and one Internet package).For some reason the bill was $505 and when called they said their was nothing they could do about it and will not waive any of the installation fees.Wouldn't want Roger's to go bankrupt by trying to keep us satisfied. Absolutely disappointing

The person who we dealt with was extremely nice and honest. They took the time and explained everything plus gave us many options before we finalized. We had a great experience with Rogers which is hard to believe from a internet and cable company.
