I went and saw Penny. Penny used to be really good. This time around I almost left in tears and in pain. She was rushing, entire hair cut took less than 20 minutes. I told her I wanted to keep my length, she took off 3 inches minimum. It’s choppy, not well blended and she was rough. It’s as if she put no care into it at all. The only reason I’m not getting it fixed right away is because I cant bare to loose more length than I already have.

It's always a risk getting your hair cut here. You never know what you're going to get. Sometimes you get a decent hair cut and other times you come out with run away hairs that are longer then the rest and most of the time they have no idea how to properly cut a cowlick.

I got a haircut here and I provided a video showing the type of haircut I wanted to the hairdresser, needless to say it looked nothing like the video. The hairdresser cut my hair way too short and didn’t even use a comb. She just went at it with some scissors. I pray it grows back out quickly.

Morgan was amazing. Unfortunately, she has left the company. Every time I pass by, the store is always closed. Also, I would appreciate it if more employees were considerate to ppl who speak English.

I booked an appointment for 5:30 when I arrived they told me it would be about 5 minutes before they could seat me and get started. I ended up waiting for well over an hour and everytime I check in they told me it would be 5 minutes. Their was no communication between the staff and any one I flagged down seemed to be completely unaware that I booked an appointment despite me reminding them. I can only guess whoever took my call didn't actually record my appointment.That said the haircut itself was alright.

Took my 2 sons for haircuts my 7 year old went 1st and he sat still whole time only to have his bangs choped unevenly and if I wouldn't of said anything she was actually going to leave them uneven. I did ask for them to be fixed she made them more even . Long story short will not be going bac

Got a haircut here the other day...great friendly service(why I gave a 4 instead of 3) but it's not even a fade(that's what I asked for)...and tipped over good to.....I could have cut my hair like it is myself! I paid 28$ + 7$ tip so 35$ for a normal cut.. if I could show pics I would...Asked for a fade. CAME OUT with a nice cut but NOT a fade! Thanks anyway *EDIT* went back in and the fixed it up for free...5 stars for sure.

They chopped off all my sons beautiful curls 2 days before picture day. We asked for a trim and they removed most of his hair. I hate it and we will never go back. It was so ugly, I cried when he walked in. I cannot express how much I hated it.
