It was my first time going here to order takeout. It was an amazing first experience as I wasn't sure what I was wanting and they took the time to explain their combos while being fairly busy and keeping the flow consistent. For how busy they are, they sure know how to maintain good flow to ensure orders are going out on time. Short waiting time too for ordering there and waiting less than 10 minutes. The food was amazing as well. Everything I expected and better! I will be returning for more Chinese food in the future!

We ordered from here for the first time tonight and we were more than impressed. The food was hot and fresh, and it taste like good old fashioned Chinese food that everyone loves. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

My family and I just had the dinner for 2A and we are very pleased.The place looks very unassuming but that is because the true effort is put into the food. This is traditional Canadian Chinese food done right.My son and his dad loved the chicken chop suey and they had the best sweet and sour chicken balls I’ve ever had.Friendly staff who take pride in a clean restaurant and good food.Will be back next time we want Chinese food!

My daughter ended up with a piece of metal in her mouth from the Chicken Lo Mein, it appears to be from a scrubbing pad. That along with the bone in a piece of chicken in our gui ding leads me to believe that quality control measures are lacking at this restaurant.

Very affordable and prompt takeout Chinese food. My food is almost always ready for pickup in under 15 minutes. I've had far better Chinese food in town, but I am still a very happy customer of Mei King.

Food was great! We ordered take out and our food was packaged really nicely to avoid any spills. Wait time was 15-20 minutes which isn't bad considering the food tasted fresh and was hot even by the time we got home. They also have a lot of veggie options on their menu. I really appreciate how much tofu they had to their dishes. A lot of other restaurants skimp out on the tofu. The portions are sizeable. Every dish has a unique flavor which is nice so it doesn't feel like you're eating the same thing. Staff were really helpful as well and were able to confirm that the dishes were vegetarian.

Fresh, flavourful and packed with delicious ingredients. Mei King for the win. Love the BBQ pork fried rice and Cantonese dishes. The staff are very sweet as well!

Decent sesame balls, they are small golf ball size, could be a bit bigger as they are $6 for 6 of them plus tax so almost $8. Staff is super nice. Decent amount of parking, which you turn into right off Victoria. Small place, not open for dine-in at the moment.

I've had takeout from here many times (never dined in) and it always hits the spot! Especially on Friday evening after a busy week. The food is always delicious and the portions are very generous. The food in the picture made three meals for my husband and I.The staff are great too; always pleasant to deal with and my order is always correct.
