I have used Guaranteed Industries many times over the last 40 years but this latest installation was just fantastic. They took out my old oil furnace and the huge oil tank then installed a beautiful new electric furnace ( see photo if I’m able to upload it) it. They arrived before 8am and had finished the whole job before 3pm. The salesman was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The workers (all 6 of them) were quiet, efficient and did not disrupt my day. I was even able to stay home (upstairs) for the whole day. The price was competitive but their reliability and professionalism puts them way above all the other companies I’ve hired for work on my house. I recommend this company while-heartedly.

After a long and painful summer with a broken AC and dealing with various HVAC companies that are either incompetent or never follow up, Guaranteed made it happen. It wasn't a simple task given that the current piping needed to be replaced and re-routed within a strangely designed condo building but the professionalism, timely responsiveness and technical knowledge of this team made it all worthwhile. The commercial side (Peter) was very acute, flexible and supportive while the technicians were super dedicated and a pleasure to work with. I have total confidence in this company and with this current environment where HVAC companies have too much demand to care about customer service, better to pay a little premium and get proper attention instead of sitting around without AC to save a few bucks. Not a surprise COSTCO which has such strict quality standards uses Guaranteed as an HVAC contractor

10 years ago I had a new air conditioning unit installed by another company. They told me the best way to install the unit was to brace the unit to the outside of the wall which also happens to be our den on the inside. For 10 long years I endured the constant vibrations and hissing of the unit every time it would go on. I called Guaranteed and they suggested placing the unit on the ground. They quoted me a price which was very fair. The work was scheduled and executed within a few days and my first impression was with the installation. It just looked right. As far as the noise level it had disappeared. Only if you really listen for it can you notice it. What a difference. Their staff was on time, courteous and professional. What else could you ask for?

I had a new furnace and heat pump installed by them. The installation was very quick and very professional. There were a few glitches because the equipment line was new to them but everything got resolved in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the outcome, Joseph was a big help as a single contact to get the issues resolved quickly.

The company installed a new heat pump in our condo. I just comment on this because they were one one of the best installers of anything I've ever used. They arrived ahead of time, they did they work carefully, protecting all my floor surfaces and they cleaned up everything before they left. They were polite and helpful and the new system works like a dream. What more could you ask for.

I recently had converted my heating system from oil to electric in line with the new government provisions to replace existing oil furnaces with any sort of heating system powered by fossil fuels.Part of Quebec's push to reduce greenhouse gas emissions with the intent to preserve our planet for future generations to come.I had used the services of Guaranteed Industries to do the conversion.All that I can really pretty much say is that overall I am very much pleased with the work that was performed by Guaranteed Industries.From the oil tank removal, to the furnace removal, to the installation of the new electrical heating system, a well-synchronized event.Never had I met such an accommodating crew of installers.Efficient, but very outward going and friendly in their interactions with me as the homeowner.If there was a concern that I had, it was promptly addressed without question and to my entire satisfaction.And most important, when finished, they left a clean job site, as if they were never here.In short, I would highly recommend Guaranteed Industries for all one'scommercial/residential heating and air conditioning projects.Customer service at its very finest!

The installation of furnace, heat pump, and thermostat went extremely smoothly. The installation date was organized well in advance; someone came beforehand to inspect the job site, explain the process, and ask me if I had any requests or questions; the installers arrived promptly and immediately put down protective carpeting throughout my home; my old furnace was removed quickly and without incident; the installer in charge answered all my questions clearly and courteously; and a few hours later I had a new system and no detritus left behind. I could not have wished for more!The company was a bit more cavalier about the paperwork. It took some time to get a proper invoice. But perhaps I am a little more punctilious about those aspects than the average client.

My experience with Industries Garanties has been very positive. Richard is responsive and knowledgable.During the initial visit he laid out various options based on the layout of my condo and gave me the pros and cons for each option. My condo board is picky and gave me a few restrictions, so Richard found a solution to ensure that we comply to those restrictions. He was quick to send me documents that my board required for any work being done.His installation team was punctual and they were all professional, polite and friendly. Their work was efficient, clean and well done.The units cool my condo even better than I had anticipated and I am very satisfied with everything. I definitely recommend Industries Garanties.

Spent $8,278 on a Panasonic ductless system in 2015In 2019 reported low freon and possible leak after a renovation2019 - maintenance contract initiated for $638 per year for 4 years.2019 - service call in addition to maintenance contract $5352020 - second payment of $638 : The service call was not adequate and not what I paid for. The indoor units were not checked, oiled & cleaned, as my contract states. The technician only cleaned the filters, something I do myself every year before starting the system. See the attached photo of the living room unit, which is covered with mold. The outdoor unit was cleaned with my hose. I don't know what was checked in terms of pressure or levels of refrigerant, they do not blow cold.2020 - a deep clean was performed for additional $$$, plus more freon $$$ - never checked for leaks in the unit during cleaning.2021 - maintenance contract cancelled for breach of agreement.2022 - No gas in the system. Called for service and left message that was ignored. Ready to toss this and use a more reliable service.
