Shoppers Drug Mart

I come to this Shoppers often, and it’s usually pretty decent for your basic needs. The pharmacy is a mess though. I don’t normally write negative reviews, but my experience today warranted it. The pharmacist was not wearing a mask, was coughing into his hands, blowing his nose, and he was the one administering COVID tests! Even if we weren’t currently in a global pandemic this would be gross, but this was so beyond unprofessional and sanitary. The lady in front of me actually refused to be tested because of it. Will be going to other pharmacies moving forward

Post office claimed to not have my package after receiving a notice. I was unable to collect my package because the notice was packed and I was moving out of town. I am now trying to call within business hours and the phone is continually telling me they are presently closed.Terrible and incompetent service on many levels. Please do better.

I was just there looking for certain things that shoppers actually didn’t have but the cosmetics woman named Jicelle (hope I spelt that right) helped me find just as good of products and I already tried it and love it! I’ve also never been helped so fast from someone there so that was really great. Thankyou!

The store was super clean and the associates were very helpful, especially Eric who helped me out with Canada post and was very polite and heard me patiently and gave me suggestions too.

One star, i don’t know why some people have jobs they don’t enjoy, the women that answers the phone for CANADA POST was sooo rude, an disrespectful I know everyone has bad days but three bad calls in one day she needs to find a new job very disappointed

This is for the pharmacy department.They have been negligent with my parents meds. I have it set up for automatic refills and delivery. Unfortunately the last 3 times it has been a nightmare with having them filed or delivered. I have to call numerous times for refill date. Every time is a different excuse. One time the delivery service fault other time no one was home my parents don't leave the house. Today I had to call 2x first time was lied too said it was out delivery hopefully. Called back 3 hours later meds were still at pharmacy. Was told it would be delivery right away. If you can use different pharmacy they don't seem to have a good system or staff in place.Maria p

In 2019 I purchased my Tom Ford cologne at Shoppers Drug Mart and received a massive discount because of my points. This year my wife and kids got me Luna Rossa by Prada as a gift, not only did they save money but also earned almost $50 in points which we later used for groceries. It's great that you can purchase top tier quality lifestyle products and everything else in one convenient location.

review date: november 11,2021customer service: since 2017, ongoing as neededas a shoppers drug mart and canada post facility within my neighborhood, i appreciate what the store tries to provide to the community, in which beasley is basically a low income area.the prices for the shoppers food and general merchandise products are not necessarily cheap however it is a better choice than to be stuck shopping at convenience stores for groceries.also from time 2 time shoppers does offer good deals (sales promos) on a variety of their in-store offerings. the pharmacy staff does try hard to provide good service and imo they succeed at doing that.this location has a pharmacy and i would like to mention that oceanna the pharmacy assistant, does an excellent job. good people skills, very organized and on point.a solid star knocked off for having a hard time reaching a live pharmacy worker. first call was on the phone 16 minutes and no answer after being transferred. had to call a 2nd time and got lucky after 5 minutes waiting.location hours are very good as the store is open till 10pm everyday. there is also a medical center and sufficient parking on the property.security is live on location at all times, and i understand the need for them to be there. don't care for some of them staring at me, but i respect that everyone has the right to work safely.bottom line: sdm@ cannon does a good job serving its purpose, warts and all. i would continue using this location when needed and recommend this store to others when in the area.
