Y Drive APP

Will never be using Ydrive again. The owner is also very rude with replies. they refuse to change your information on your account I called months ago to change my number and found out no one changed it when I called today and that I have to delete my account and start over just to change my phone number oh and to delete your account it needs to send a code to you via phone number and it’s frankly impossible to receive a code to a number you don’t have anymore(change the app so I can change my number or delete my account for me because I can’t delete my account as if you read my whole review you’d read where it says that to delete your account it needs to send a code to your number on the account and again it’s impossible when you don’t have the number anymore). Today they only had one driver on and couldn’t find one for me for my pre book instead of emailing me or calling they cancelled my pre book 2 times and I ended up having to take a cab home from work. This is unprofessional and we all know you have more than 1 driver so I don’t understand why it was so hard to find me a ride. And maybe if you treated your workers with respect and dignity you’d keep your workers instead of all of them wanting to quit(I was told you guys only had 1 driver over the phone so the fact your saying there was 5 is a lie and again treat your workers better and you’ll actually get people that want to work and who won’t want to quit)

Julia always does a really good job has always incredibly friendly a and it was a great time sometimes even saves me money

Always gets me where I'm going! and driving with Elmer made my ride full of laughs and good conversation! Never had an issue with any driver, all have been friendly and accommodating:)
