CMA Broadview Imaging

Updated: Took 10 days to get my results because the person who takes pictures for a living didn't see a problem so decided I wasn't important and put me at the bottom of the pile! But what the results really meant was the cause was something else so I should have been told immediately so I could check other possibilities! Thanks for the extra pain and loss of work!Was told the wait would be 1h 20min so I decided to stay, after 1h 30min they went to lunch meaning I sat in pain for over 2hrs when I could have found somewhere more comfortable. I received a portal that allowed me to see my x-rays immediately but was told my doctor would receive them in 3-5 business days (so a week), talk about assbackwards priorities. Send it to my doctor first I'll wait the week!

My wife arrived at 12 .30 and was told no x rays until 1 pm, the technician had to have his lunch! This had not been mentioned on the phone and is not on the web site. There was nowhere to put coats except the neighbouring chair, and just one boot tray for twenty people. By one thirty there wasn’t a seat left in the (basement ) waiting room and a forecast hour’s wait for an X-ray. My wife found the technican a little off hand.,

Even if there is a note that orthopedic patients take priority, it still took over 90 minutes to get my x-rays done. Two technicians are not enough for this busy place. Used to be very efficient.

Friendly staff and efficient service. X-rays for an elderly person performed with patience and compassion.

I attended yesterday January 24th 2023, while thinking ( confusing error ) that my requisition was there from my doctor the day before. It took reception 40 minutes to say no, that it was not there. In the last 5 minutes out of those 40 mins I was able to call my doctor's medical team...yet the uncaring tech was out the door already. The use gmail vs fax to get the requisition , and my doctor's medical team was not doing it via Gmail" since it is not a secure server.....I have to go back again today after paying for an Uber and wasting my time yesterday. Very sad in the end...tears of frustration which the technician cared not at all."

What a terrible experience!I understand that bad weather can happen, but shouldn't people check the weather forecast?The technician was late, causing me to wait an additional 30min with a full bladder before an ultrasound.The receptionist said everything was ready to go and that we were just waiting for the tech.........No one turned on the ultrasound machine until I was already prepped and very uncomfortable........Guess what!?!? The machine is broken!!!!!!So, now i'm 2h late for work, and had to pay for parking, and I have to reschedule for another date.How is this professional??How is this fair??It's just ridiculous!!!Today's visit has caused me to suffer due to my existing medical condition.I will now continue to suffer for the next week or so, until my system stabilizes.

Phenomenal service! Had an appointment at noon and they were ready for me 5 minutes beforehand. The ultrasound technician was lovely and very attentive, and I was out of there within 10 minutes. I was worried about having planned this appointment on my lunch hour because medical places can run behind with appointments and I was worried it would get tight, but not at all! Definitely would go back here if I needed more imaging done.

Don't bother going there when not feeling well even though this is a medical facility. The technician Danica displayed her insensitivity, uncaring and rude behaviour. She was back talking, and nagging during entire process, however did not verify with me risk of pregnancy, which should be a standard question when doing x-rays.Someone mentioned calls answered on a second ring? Not my luck - I have called twice within 10 min prior to my visit and all I've got was a machine.Someone else also mentioned no coat hangers, definitely an issue with limited seating arrangements.Worst. Experience. Ever.

Fast service if you can actually get in, but incredibly frustrating that I cannot preregister for an xray online. It would be nice to be able to reserve a spot so when I come in I know I'll actually be seen instead of wasting time on the bus there and back only to be told they're done registering for the day and to come back another day. Not great fun when you need an xray for an injured ankle.

This CMA location is way better than some of their other locations in the city. It is clean, well organized, inviting and is very professionally run. The staff is friendly, informative, assistive, patient and extremely patient oriented. The receptionist is a real people person who is also extremely patient oriented, friendly, helpful and professional.The only criticism is that, like all CMA and medical facilities, they lack any basic standard procedures or accessibility aids (i.e: accessible x-ray chair) to accommodation people with disabilities (wheelchair), but this is a criticism of CMA organization and not this staff.
