If I could give zero stars I would. My family had hired them for plumbing of a new construction house. After the hosue was completed with multiple errors of plumbing the sewage actually backed up into the brand new built house. After waiting for them to respond and come back to fix the problem for over a week they held their services for ransom until my mother wrote them a check in the spot in person before they would even attempt to come into the house to look at the sewage. My mom against her will wrote the cheque for them in order to deal with this emergency. She was visibly upset and they took advantage of her. I am disgusted to say the least at how they conduct themselves as a business. Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT hire them.

We hired AAA Plumbing to do our Custom Home in Oakville. Had a terrible experience - many issues with the rough in stage, inspection stage and lack of communication and organization from there team which resulted us to let them go. We incurred many additional costs for not having work done correctly. Main owner is a good person but the team, organization and quality do not reflect custom home jobs.

These guys did a great job with my new high efficient boiler install for commercial building over 10,000 sf. They took out a huge 100 yo boiler and reused the manifold, like it was new, saved me a lot of expense. Clean work, fast, and great value.

Company truck had terrible road rage today and the people inside were very angry and screaming through the windows as I was driving this morning. If the people I encountered today are similar in the level of service they provide, I would say STAY AWAY!

I Hired AAA Plumbing for my nw Build property, I was Very Satisfied with the Team, Reasonable price, Great Service, Great quality, professional , Responsive, expert staff and amazing Owner. Defiantly recommended.

I am blown away by this company. They did all the plumbing in my house. The inspector was amazed and kept on commenting on what an amazing job they did. I recommend to everyone. They are my go to company for any plumbing needs. Amazing staff and amazing owner!!! Trust worthy company unlike others I have dealt with that try to inflate pricing.

These so called plumbers" left my office with more damage than what it was before they arrived. They burnt electrical wiring and burnt walls even after being warned about being careful. They also decided that if was ok to take and use MY TOOLS because "they were too lazy to goto their truck" for their own. They didn't clean up after themselves and demanded payment in full before the job was complete. I have since brought a qualified plumber in to fix their mess. If you want a company to break walls

We used they for our new house construction. So far so good, a few small issues, but they came back to fix them.

Had an interaction with one of their drivers (not sure if they are the owner) along Steeles Ave. this morning. The vehicle had AAA Plumbing written on it, meaning they are representing the company. Another driver mistakenly cut their van off as they were changing lanes. This driver then cut me off and almost hit me. I opened my window and said They did it to you now you did it to me?!" He opened his window and spit at me while giving me the finger and mocking me. Would not trust them at all with entering your home

Wouldn’t even give this company a star. I’ve never been more unimpressed by their work. Not only did all my vanities have to get cut underneath after having all specs given to them prior to my new built house but they are not reliable and completely unprofessional.
