A lowkey, chill place for savory chicken and more chicken. Great place for Korean style chicken.I was visiting Surrey for the day and got hungry after visiting Guildford Mall. This place was close by and still open somewhat late, so I decided to check it out. Parking is easy as it’s located in a strip mall area. Inside the restaurant, it’s kind of dim but that adds to the chill vibe aesthetic. The tables and seats are a little old. There are plenty of options for beers and chicken, but we ordered the Cheese Booldak and Whole Soy Garlic Chicken for 6 people. This was more than enough, almost too much really, because a half bowl of Soy Garlic along with the Cheese Booldak would’ve been enough. However, the chicken tastes fantastic, so it was hard to stop eating it. The Whole bowl of Soy Garlic is truly a generous portion size, but the flavor overall is superb. It’s a nice sweet, glazed chicken, but not too salty or overcooked. The chicken is also boneless making it a lot easier to eat. The Chicken Booldak comes on a sizzling cast iron plate, and the cheese continues melting as it is served. It also has a unique spicy flavor, but not too spicy, and the cheese blends in well without overpowering. Also a boneless chicken. They also come with a side of daikon, which is nice to cleanse the palate. There was only one waiter and there’s a 10-15 minute wait as the food cooks, but overall service is solid. The restaurant wasn’t too loud and had a chill vibe. Each dish was about 20-30 CAD which wasn’t too bad. Highly recommend trying this place out for some Korean style chicken. I will be back if I’m ever in the area!

Our friends love this place and they wanted us to try it. Wow! Now I know why. It's a great place for Korean fried chicken! Multiple flavor options like sweet or spicy and all cooked perfectly. You can get bone in chicken or boneless. I was also raving about this dish called Cheese Booldak. It had a bit of spice and was a very unique and tasty dish. I highly recommend you try! Ask for some bowls of free daikon. This place is usually busy as it doesn't have alot of tables but they seem to do a decent job of keeping up with orders. Also beware of the food (chicken) being very hot when they get to your table, don't burn your mouth. Highly recommend this place.

amazing place for korean fried chicken! portion sizes are generous (the full orders are the size of salad bowls almost) and the service is very good. i recommend the cheese booldak if you come :) other than chicken, they also have a small selection of other dishes as well. the food takes a bit to come out but the wait is always worth it!

Wow! The chicken was amazing. We ordered the soy garlic chicken. It was a very large portion. This can feed 4 people. We also order the cheese booldak, this dish had a nice flavor, not to overpowering. The service was good. Definitely coming back for more. Thanks!

This is a small Korean fried chicken gem in Surrey. The restaurant doesn’t sit more than 30 people so it can get quite crowded. The fried chicken is absolutely delicious and is especially amazing when fresh. I prefer the original flavour and I personally think that’s one of the best ones I’ve tried in all of Vancouver.Another bonus is that they can accommodate for large groups and let you take a large portion of the restaurant. Their beers and soju are also very affordable all things considered.You can have a great night out with your friends and have plenty to drink to go around. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the area and have a craving for Korean style fried chicken.

Good portion and good price.Their marinated chicken and fried chicken are soooooooo good.The corn cheese goes perfect with beer.

Great Korean Fried Chicken, 5 of us ordered a full order Soy Garlic and full spicy in boneless along with some rice. Don't forget to ask for the pickled daikon, it really helps cleanse the palette.

The best Korean chicken in Surrey. My girls and I come here all the time for many years now. We love the cheese boolduk and the original fried chicken, we never get bored of it. It’s such a great price and large portion to share with your friends. It’s a cozy and intimate restaurant so you really feel like home. they open late until midnight so it’s an absolute gem to stay up late and pig out with your friends. The staffs are so friendly and accommodating. Do expect a slow service because its a small family restaurant, but it’s really worth the wait. Make sure you also order a side of spicy mayo to try with your chicken!

I've been coming here for 6+ years now and it's still my favourite spot in Surrey for korean fried chicken. I always order the same two dishes:1) The original fried chicken (bone-in). So simple yet so good. The chicken is juicy and tender and the outside is nice and crispy. I really like ordering a side of spicy mayo to go with this.2) The cheese booldak. This is a boneless spicy chicken served with sizzling cheese and a few rice cakes. It has a nice kick and it's not overpowering.Pair the above dishes with some beer and good company and you'll have a great time.
