Southend Medical & Walk-in Clinic
The doctor's team is excellent, however, the front desk team is awful. They are rude on the phone and even in person. Rather than resolving the issue as small as change in address receptionist argued and said it's my fault. Whoever is in charge needs to address this beacuse majority of theor clients complain of the same.

I want to rate this clinic with zero start. We called them to book an appointment and they never received a call. We walked in and the receptionist said we don’t accept walk-ins. This clinic is worst.

This review is for Dr Abid Iqbal Malik and all team members of Reception.Dr. Malik you are very humble, generous, compassionate person and I want to thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful concern in regard to my health and providing me with excellent medical and physical care. I am most grateful for your kindness whenever I see you.Experience with Reception team is always pleasant. They listen to you and make sure you get your turn on time.Everyone is hardworking and many times they get bombard with calls, walk-ins, appointments etc. But still manage very well by keeping smile on faces and answering all queries.

I had my immigration medical exam today. The doctor was great and all the recpetionists were polite and helpful. I was done with whole process within 2.5 hours even less than what they told me on the phone. I appreciate them helping the patients in timely manner even though the clinic seemed excessively busy

DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAM!!!!!! WORST Immigration Medical Exam ever!!!THEY ARE SO RUDE. THEY CUT OFF YOUR PHONE CALL IF YOU CALL THEM TO ASK FOR UPDATE!They book us on 8:30am and i arrive at 8:25. It turns out to be a walk in clinic. People walk in to see docs. I wait 2.5 hrs to see the doctor until 11am. What is the point of making an appointment?Medical done on Sep 1, they have not submitted until Sep 16? What are they doing ?WASTING my time !DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR MEDICAL EXAM!!!!!!

The way how the reception works is very unorganized. They do not know what an appointment is. All the three or four Punjabi girls are rude and do not know how to talk. Such a bad experience every time I visit here. Waiting from last half an hour!!!

Worst experience.My friend did immigration physical check and he recommended me here. When I walk in, they said that it is possible to walk in.Called many times after 10AM, no one picked up the phone but where are 5 receptionists there when I get there. Horrible experience you can except.Never come again and won’t recommend at all.

Worst experience with this clinic, they will let u wait for ever and ever, I have a scheduled appointment but still they would let u wait for 1:30 minutes to / hour on a scheduled appointment, don’t know how they handle walkin then.
