I was so grateful to have Mindy's help in choosing a new mattress. She explained everything so well and helped me understand how mattress and pillow go together for proper alignment. I am so happy with my new bed and would recommend Sleep Sisters to everyone. Prices are completely reasonable too.

As a result of Mindy's sincere response to my 'complaint' (below) where she offered a solution, I feel it is only fair to increase my original star rating............................................I shopped here 1 year ago. The service was attentive and patient. I chose a good mattress. The bed foundation that I bought is a complete disaster - I did not inspect it properly, and the person who dealt with me (owner I believe) was not familiar with it as it was a new product at the time. It is a squeaky metal frame covered by a thin piece of styrofoam- A Folding Queen Base $349 (SBB Manufacturing). I can not eliminate the squeakiness. It has (only) 8 wire 'strings' - the size of round shoelace, 7 inches apart for support with the metal frame - 4 on each side of a center bar; Three 1 bars run lengthwise - most frames seem to have about twelve solid 2.5" wooden slates for support. The 8 wires 'sag' in between the 3 metal bars - I pop them back into place periodically. My back is soo sore - am saving up for a proper foundation. I recommend for the owners to discontinue the sale of this product."

Mindy guided us through the actually difficult task of buying a proper mattress.She asked us a few questions about how we slept, what we required for temperature, comfort, and space between my wife and myself. She made some initial suggestions, and then let us try out all the mattresses in the show room. After that we spend a very long time asking questions and trying our various makes, models, and firmness levels. We eventually bought a mattress that we are confident will exactly suit our needs........ considering we will spend about 1/3 of our lives laying on that mattress.Basically Mindy did not sell" us a mattress

Mindy is amazing!! Over the past year, we have purchased a new mattress, new couch set, and now a natural crib mattress. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and always gives us great deals on amazing North American made products!

Mindy is awesome if I could of I would of given her a hug, but due to covid and being 6 feet a part we exchanged air hugs.Mindy is so knowledgeable. She let us try the beds we were interested in and we ended up buying one of them. I feel that a bed should envelop you and have you look forward to going to sleep and I love going to sleep in my awesome bed!Mindy and her sisters are so easy to talk to. Mindy helped me find the right pillow a week ago. She was so knowledgable, helpful, and friendly, and took all the covid precautions. My experience was wonderful. I was able to try out the different pillows she suggested after she matched me up with a mattress similar to that of my own. She listened to me and didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything.For a long time I have had terrible pillows from box stores where its difficult to try them out beforehand. I sleep very comfortably now, and I will never bother to go or suggest anyone to go any where else for their mattress or pillow needs.And they are a local small business!

Checked out new mattresses and movable bed combinations all over Kamloops and have to say that the best experience was here by far.Purchased our first adjustable bed through Mindy who has a super laid back personality and is easy to deal with. Mindy took the time to make sure that my wife and were getting the mattress we needed and were looking for. You won't beat the service and friendly atmosphere of this business.

Mindy and her team were fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process, patient and simply wanting us to get the right bed, no matter how long it took. lnitially, I purchased a queen bed for one of our spare rooms (so didn’t put much thought into it at first), but after not liking the feel (much too firm), Mindy told me to bring it back and try other ones until I found the right one. After much internal debate, going back and forth on different models, I settled on one of the softer, plush Sealy beds thanks to her knowledge of all the product in store. I am extremely happy with the purchase and will definitely be back to Sisters when I need to upgrade another mattress!

I had a fantastic experience shopping for my mattress at Sisters Sleep Gallery. Mindy took a lot of time showing me many options until I found the bed that felt right. She was very accommodating arranging delivery for the following month for when I had possession of my new place. Once I had the mattress at home, it initially felt a little firmer than what I remembered. I went back and Mindy suggested trying the pillow that I initially used when trying out the mattress. It made a huge difference and the mattress felt like a perfect fit with the right pillow. I then bought a bed frame from Ikea and no longer needed the box spring as it was sitting way too high. Mindy arranged for the box spring to be taken away so that I didn't have to worry about it. Great experience and I am so happy that I bought my mattress here.

We are very happy with our experience at Sisters Sleep Gallery. We were immediately greeted at the showroom and shown around the mattress gallery, given a clean sheet to have a lie-down test. The Sisters were knowledgeable and advised us on the best mattress for our needs. They then went above and beyond to ensure that we received our preferred mattress to our home in Clearwater in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about this business and the owners.
