These guys are good. I've done service to our BMW with them for a while now and they're always honest and fair.

I took a car there for a pre-sale inspection just based on the reviews and wow, very impressive how organized and detailed they were. Fantastic experience. I have used a few other mechanic shops for inspection and none came close as how detailed their inspection was. Called them 3 times with different questions about the inspection and Dave answered all my questions.Thank you

Went in for a service A for c63s, great service ,great work. They were able to diagnose a weird chirping noise. Dave was able to order parts right away Came back 1 weeks later to get it all sorted out, noise all gone now. Definitely would recommend to bring your car here.

I’ve been to this shop several times and knew the fella that runs the front counter as I used to deliver parts to him. I’ve dealt with this place as my customer and a few months ago I’ve decided to be THE customer and bring my 2013 MercedesC300 for a minor service.Service was quick and thorough. Price was a lot reasonable compared to a dealership. Nothing fancy about the place, fairly straightforward. I was offered an older Benz as a loaner but declined as I live closeby. The service advisor talked to me about the overall condition of the car without the pressure of “it has to be done now or else”.Glad I came here. Will definitely bring my GLC300 for its next service.

I have brought my Mercedes E320 for regular maintenance and repair for 17 years.I come here because the staff is very professional, friendly, honest with very good prices.When I come to this shop the first time I met Mr. Hans Henneken the owner and manager at the time.He was a very professional, polite, and honest, which gained my trust right away.A few years ago he retired and passed the business to his son Andy Henneken, an excellent mechanic and a very good owner/manager.I would like to make a special note for Dave- the font desk person.Dave is a young person and a former Henneken mechanic.He is very professional, honest and helpful. Dave has very good customer service skills and is an important asset of Henneken team

I had my sprinter van serviced by these guys. Dave & his team finished in less than half a day! Very reasonable pricing and good communication. The young man that washed the sprinter made it look like it was new! Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I've been a client for 2yrs. The best Mercedes mechanic in the city! Dave is so nice. They are very reliable and competent. Excellent customer service.The best part is they are very reasonably priced, you will get stuff done there for half what you would pay elsewhere. If you are lucky (like I've been), some services will done for you for free!

This company is the best I have ever had to deal with. Spoke with Brad and made arrangements to come in. They diagnosed and repaired my Mercedes within 24 hours of me dropping it off. No issues with my car since and now all my future auto service will be done here. Great crew of folks over there!
