After reading some of the negative reviews just before I was about to take delivery, I entered to pick up my tesla kindof anxious about what to expect with the quality of the car and the customer service.I ordered a red M3 SR+ in Oct 2021 and finally got to pick it up May 2022 (after having to delay once in March as I wasn't ready yet)Customer service.Adam helped me with the paperwork and collecting all my information. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I'm so lucky to have had Adam as I forgot one piece of documentation and he managed to work with me to obtain it based on his expertise. I then proceeded outside to look at my car (which is absolutely stunning). The advisor outside I believe was somewhat new since he gave me a walk through of the car but he gave me some information that was incorrect about what's included in basic autpilot VS FSD (which for me was fine because I had researched the car extensively before purchasing).Now for the car, I spent over an hour getting comfortable and inspecting every inch of paint, panels, hinges, seats, glass, rims, underneath, etc. I did not feel rushed in the slightest and they were very patient with my millions of questions and observations. At the end of the day I was extremely impressed with the quality of the paint. The entire body was beautiful. If I could marry my car I would propose tomorrow. There was just minor paint scraped on a door hinge which I've scheduled for service. That same door needs to be adjusted as it sticks out very slightly. There is otherwise only one other panel gap that I noticed in the front right which will also be serviced next week.I honestly had just a smooth process, didn't have to wait in any lines, was treated like royalty from the time I entered to the time I drove off the lot. Thanks Tesla!

I got my car (Model Y) delivered on June 9, 2022, around 8 months after I ordered it. It was a long wait but completely worth it. Andrew was the salesperson who helped me out and he was brilliant in guiding me through the whole thing. I would definitely recommend you to reach out to Andrew for all of your Tesla needs!

We recently accepted delivery of our new Model Y LR from this location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful answering all our questions that we had. Its a very busy delivery location but we didn't feel rushed at all taking our time accepting delivery. Shout out to Noah and Amal who assisted us on delivery day!

Amazing!!! JESS our sales girl amazing! She was able to help with every little thing, she is understanding, caring and polite. Very easy process. She will help you if you are honest with her. The dealership in general is great, everything is places accordingly. At the pick up, NEAL was awesome! He was able to get us the answers needed from all our inquires. He knows his stuff and he is funny. We all had a great time! This experience was special regarding car sales and dealership interaction. Never better. Once again great people working there!!

Took delivery of my Model Y last Wednesday, the whole process was seamless.Noah took the time to answer my questions even when things got super busy. He booked me in for a test drive which convinced me I needed a Tesla to call my own. Through the whole process, I was never pressured into making the purchase. The cars speak for themselves.

If you're considering purchasing a Tesla Model Y, you may want to think twice. My experience with this vehicle has been less than satisfactory. While Tesla's customer service representatives at the repair shop have been great and very professional, the ride has been significantly underwhelming for the cost of the vehicle. I feel that a 1992 Honda Accord drives smoother than a 2022 Tesla Model Y.One of the most concerning issues I have experienced is persistent vibrations in the steering wheel, gas pedal, and seats. Tesla service personnel told me that this is normal for the vehicle, but I find it hard to believe that anyone would accept this level of discomfort in a high-end car like the Model Y.Another issue that has significantly impacted my driving experience is the persistent wind noise. It is incredibly annoying and detracts from the overall driving experience. I expected better sound insulation in a vehicle at this price point.During winter months, I have also experienced significant heat loss due to poor insulation around the windows, which causes air leakage from the cabinet. This has required me to keep the heat on at all times, which is not only uncomfortable but also impacts the vehicle's overall efficiency and energy consumption.Overall, my experience with the Tesla Model Y raises serious questions about the car's overall quality and durability. While Tesla's customer service representatives have been helpful, it seems that the vehicle's design and engineering fall short of what one would expect from a high-end electric car manufacturer.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Tesla Model Y to anyone seeking a high-quality and reliable car. If you're in the market for an electric car, I would suggest exploring other options before making a decision. The Model Y may have innovative technology, but it appears to have significant design flaws that cannot be overlooked

Neil at the Lawrence dealership goes above and beyond with all clients. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. While the sales process at the dealer was a bit more hands off than expected, Neil blew us away with his tutorial and explanation of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. Huge thank you, Neil!

If I could I would give zero star. I picked up my new Model Y yesterday afternoon, and they parked the car in the delivery room against wall, so I didn't get a chance to look at the rear bottom, and when I drove the car back home, I found two small scratches on the rear left and you know what?! When I took a close look, the rear left bumper reflector is BROKEN!!! How could you deliver a broken car to your customer who's getting our second Tesla?! This is ridiculous! You should be ashamed of your delivery service! Your service center disgraced Tesla brand!!!
