Highly recommend without hesitation.We have reached out to multiple auto detailing shop when our 3 shipment was getting closer. Henry is hands down the most responsive and helpful out of all! For work that his shop did not do, Henry was very transparent about it. He helped us reach out to get quotations and did not charge us any mark-up fees. He also offered to help take our car to the other shops to save us multiple trips!Henry is very detail-oriented and made sure the colour choices are to our liking before proceeding (matte vs glossy, window tint match). Henry and his team have done a beautiful job ceramic coating our 3, and he also provided a lot of information on how to properly care for and maintain the coating.We will be bringing our Y here later in the month! I recently had HAV extreme protection install a paint protection film on my Tesla and I couldn't be happier with the results. The film has already saved my car from a few minor scratches and has held up incredibly well against the elements. TL;DR, Better call Saul, I mean Henry.To new Tesla owners, if you are thinking about getting PPF for you car, the best time is get it done right after delivery, that is the lesson I learned.Henry and his team did an excellent job installing the full body Xpel stealthy. As an OCD type of person, I am pleased by the installation. Henry is very responsive over phone/email and willing to help me installing additional accessories. I would definitely come back when I get another car. The BEST.

Highly recommend the HAV Team! It was a pleasure working with Henry and his team. I’ve talked to several shops before deciding on HAV. Henry was prompt and thorough with his communication from start to finish. I had my PPF and ceramic coating done and Henry would send me pix to keep me up in the loop during the process. At pick up time, he had spent time with me going over the final result and gave me advice regarding maintenance and up keep. I am very happy with the overall outcome and experience.

Recently got into the AMG world and wanted to protect my new ride. I looked around for various PPF/ceramic places and narrowed it down to Henry's shop and another competitor due to their scopes of service and cost. In the end it was Henry's readily available communication and authenticity that won me over - I got the full body wrap and I was extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship and the work ethic of the team. I've attached pictures of the work - the protection is barely noticeable and they took the effort, time and care to make sure all panels were wrapped. After picking up the car, Henry and his team even took the time to forward me additional information about car care, washing products and general tips.I am so happy with the timeliness of my appointment (get yours in quick!) as well as the efficiency of the team. 10/10 would recommend, and all my future cars are going to Henry and his team for body work.

I've just got my Paint Protection Film installed from HAV Extreme Protection for my brand new model 3. The PPF application was done flawlessly. Films were rolled around the edge to cover the surface 100% pretty much wherever it's possible. The service only took a day so I was able to pick up my car the day after. The price was also very reasonable. I was very statisfied with the result of the PPF application that Henry did but there are more things I want to share.Since this was my first car Henry kindly went through all the maintenance tips with product recommendations in depth. He was willing to stay longer to answer all my questions on the day I picked up the car. He added some extra protections on the car and gave me some gifts while he went over the things I should know. He also sent me a long email of extended details of everything he've explained it to me.Henry also gave me rides on the drop-off/pick-up dates from the nearest skytrain station from his shop so don't worry if you don't have someone to give you the rides.I've already recommended this guy to my friends waiting for their Teslas. I've talked to several shops for the PPF service and Henry was the easiest to communicate as he will reply right back. Don't look anywhere else if you are looking for the PPF service.
