Wingren Nufloors - Nanaimo

Didn't buy flooring, but I was taking my cat to the vet down the street and got scared by the icy road, so they graciously let me park briefly in their parking lot. When I eventually replace the floors in my house, I'll be back :)

Nanaimo Nufloors was a pleasure to do business with. This team knows how to get stuff done. Their more than fair and their always going the extra mile. Skip the other shops and come here. They won't let you down!

I had Wingren install new carpet in a bedroom. Customer service was exceptional given the fact that I changed my mind on the original carpet I ordered. The installer was impressive and loved the outcome. Thank you!

Wes the manager went out of his way to make our order work for us. Almost lost a star to delayed delivery, but they made up for it with the service and workmanship on installation. I would definitely purchase from Wingren and Wes again! Thank you very much, our bedroom carpet looks perfect.

I looked online at the Wingren Nufloors website and noticed the holiday hours were displayed for the 24th to the 1st. Tried to visit the store at 4:40 on Thursday Dec 22nd but they were already closed (their website said they close at 5:30). No note, nada. Pretty disappointed, shopped at a competitor as a result.I had been here previously and the rug selection was good and the service was pleasant. Too bad nobody was there, and no note was left to explain the absence. Quite disappointing.

Needed carpet for just one room. Tony in sales was very helpful, he took the time to show me several different options and answered all of my questions. He arranged an install date and came to our house and did the install himself. Tony was wonderful to deal with, he showed up on time and did a great job. Very satisfied with product and service.

We have had Wingren install our floors in two applications for the house . Last November they installed the kitchen floor with commercial Armstrong. It has been perfect , low maintenance and exactly the product we wanted. This spring we were proceeding to complete repair and more space created from the winter December storm. Greg the showroom technician was most helpful in introducing us to the Karndean product with a inlay detailing around the edges to create an old fashioned look and again low maintenance. Ken the installer, was efficient and very good with the intricate measurements to complete such a small project but again the small details were finished with care. Thank you to all the Nufloors team , it was a great experience ,we are very happy with all the process.

Sold the customer the wrong glue went to NDS Flooring to get the correct glue is armstrong s 288 not mapia 360 which is not warrantied by armstrong

We recently had our downstairs carpets & bathroom flooring replaced by Wingren Nufloors. From the sales staff and the initial selection process, flooring measuring and installation the whole thing was seamless. The installers were very respectful, thorough and knew what they were doing. They get 5 stars in our books!

Greg is great! Greg was very friendly and helpful. I needed carpet installed in a short time frame. He came to measure my house the day after we met and I had a quote immediately (and he gave me a bit of a discount). He delivered the carpet on a Saturday and his installer installed on Sunday. The carpet looks great and my home was left tidy and clean after installation. Definitely recommend.
