When you walk into this place, not only is it so beautiful but you’re greeted by the most amazing receptionists, Kayla is seriously a life changer. She did a couple adjustments on me and I’ve never felt better.

The staff here are SO friendly and personable. They make the environment comfortable and easy. The practitioners are amazing and very knowledgeable. Dr. Bishop is an amazing listener, goes beyond your immediate concern to help, and is very friendly. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation for the Kitcher Wilson Health location.

I went for an initial assessment with a chiropodist which I understood to be an overall foot analysis to include dead skin removal and nail trimming. Not the case. The chiropodist will only ask you if you’re having any problems and focus on that (like a walk-in clinic). I thought I had a corn on my toe from wearing heels so the chiropodist looked at it…told me it’s not a corn and there’s not much that can be done. The appointment lasted about 5-7 minutes then I was walked out to reception to pay $90. I felt rushed and like the chiropodist just wanted me in and out. I don’t know maybe it was bad day but the receptionist was pleasant.For more context, I previously went to a chiropodist in Waterloo (Healthy Feet KW) where they provided an hour long assessment in relation to my overall health. I only went to Wilson Health because it was closer.The chiropodist in Waterloo did ask what concerns I had, but they also told me concerns they had based on their assessment and included dead skin removal and nail trimming. They assessed the shape of my feet, pressure points, veins, nail bed etc and recommended compression stockings based on my job. It was very thorough at Healthy Feet KW, as an initial assessment usually is.I tried to call to get a better understanding of what their initial assessment consists of, and they said it depends on what your concerns are. Guess that saves them time to not have to consider every aspect of their clients feet.

Such a beautiful space. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The physiotherapist, Dr.Marjan suggested lazer therapy that helped me with scarring and muscle pain. Looking forward to future appointments.
